The most awful service EVER. Mail carrier does not attempt to deliver my packages that require signature. Instead leaves a "No Authorized Recipient Available" in my mail box. Then when I try to call this post office to find out why a package out for delivery now shows "Insufficient Address" when before it was "Out For Delivery" I cannot get ANYONE to answer the phone. You are all FIRED
Have tried to put in the drop box several times now at the end of the day and it's always full and spilling out. I don't feel safe leaving my items to be mailed in a box like that. It either needs to be picked up more times during the day or a second drop box added.
Terrible service. Don't even have a customer service number. I can't even get the key to fit in the package box. Nobody answers the phone. Hire more people to work. Youre suppose to be good but you're the complete opposite. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Do all customers a favor and get a customer service number
Tried to put mail in outside box today (10/11/22) and it was so full, it was almost spilling out. Shocked that this is allowed to happen. This is anything but secure. Tried to call them, but as usual, they don't answer the phone.
Absolutely the worst customer service on the planet!!!! Why list a phone number if it’s never answered?? I’ve noticed most people who work for the postal service seem to hate their jobs and have zero personality! Ugh!!
Horrible customer service. I rec'd an email that a pkg was delivered to my address but I never got it. I contact office and they said they would investigate. I had to contact them 4-5 times and it turns out it was delivered to the wrong house but they couldn't track it down. I finally contacted them again to get the reply that they are not responsible because the pkg was not insured. Nothing ordered on the internet is insured! I notified the business and they thought it was unacceptable, as do I. So now I'm out what I ordered with the postal service being inadequate. Now I'm out my money with them not taking responsibility. The company has since started using UPS or Fed Ex, which is probably a good thing. Your customer service division stinks.

I have tried to help your office find a solution to my inability to use my cluster box for 556 Dakota Avenue but your office refuses to accept any of the simple solutions offered. I am letting you know that you are responsible for complying with ADA, per former US Senator Tom Harkin who wrote the law. I will be getting help with forcing you to comply with the ADA. Just letting you know this could have been handled without any outside influence on your decision making. Unfortunately your office refused all the easy solutions so get ready to learn about ADA compliance. Thanks

My mail and neighbors mail is consistently put in wrong mailboxes and today package delivered at mailbox except not in my mailbox so I'll see if it ever shows up. I doubt it, just like my highly sensitive letter from the VA that never showed up!!!
