I did a temporary mail transfer. The Brooklyn office sent my mail but not my wife's mail because she uses a different last name. The issue I have is they held and eventually returned her mail because they knew she was not at the residence. If they knew this they could have called us. It has been since November I did the forward request and to this day January, she is not getting her mail. I have done several mail forwarding requests as asked but there is still an issue. THEY knew she was gone, held her mail instead of delivering it to either old address or new temporary address and then returned it. Very Very poor service.
