Absolutely hate dealing with the avoca office. The lady they have working there is just hateful. I have informed delivery and half of the time I don't receive the mail it's telling me I have. I call and all I get is we'll look for it. Some of this mail is very important and that's what I get? Just to add I never receive it so what are they doing with my mail? When I do get it it's dirty or torn up. This office staff and delivery carrier need to be replaced with people who will actually do their job!!

This post office is the most frustrating pace to work with. Went down there to ask for my packages.. I have a mailbox but for some reason my tracking Info keeps telling me it was delivered to a parcel locker at our post office. Tried to talk with the lady and she wouldn’t even look for me just kept telling me it’s on a route. Looks like I won’t have my package for a benefit. This is not the first time I’ve struggled with this post office and it’s unkind service..

I have filled out complaints online about how dirty the mail arrives and that I have asthma and allergies and I can't even touch my own mail without getting sick someone else in my family has to bring it in and open it for me I was told that my mail would be packaged differently or wiped off or clean somehow or kept clean somehow and this is not happening and I continue to get sick by my own mail. And I agree with everyone else's post that our mail has never delivered correctly and packages are constantly lost. This is only been happening recently when I first moved in it was much better and 2020-2021

My mail (according to the neighbor who keeps bringing it to my house) keeps getting delivered into their mailbox. And I understand our mailboxes in the bank of mailboxes are next to each other, but there's a difference between 209 and 509 especially when the street names are different. I would appreciate if all my mail ended up in my box instead of theirs.

Terrible delivery service. I live in Shelby, ia and our mail is processed through here. The delivery driver cannot get mail into the correct box and alot of times your package is never to be found again
