They do not hold onto packages, they don't do general delivery, and they do not have any available po boxes. I've lived here for years, we own our home and can not, for the life of us, get our mail. It's very frustrating and the employees won't or can't help.

Sent a General Delivery Letter Back because of "No receptacle " I thought you held mail for 30 days????

I'm not sure about letters - they might just go back...packages are usually held for 15 days and then sent back. I'm sure you can call and ask. :)
