I’ve been in the office several times to give them mail that wasn’t ours with other people’s box number placed in our box. I also have to place in outgoing mail if it’s after postal office hours. How hard is it to match the correct number to the Box number? I can see mistakes happening here and there but this is just too much already. Managers need to talk to their employees, let’s get the job right and stop messing around back there. I’ve been told that mail has been sent to me several times and I haven’t gotten it, and I know why.

I have tried calling repeatedly. No one answers the phone. I got a 2nd request ticket but I didn't ever get the first request notice. I have been in every day for a week and a half waiting for a package from my mother. I asked at the front counter if I had a package and they said I would get a notice in my box when it came in. The next day I got the second notice card. I cannot come when they are open and want them to put my packages in the outside lock boxes. They do not answer the phone so that I can tell them. Terrible service. I’ve been trying to call about a missing package, and after listening to the phone ring for 5 minutes, it just hangs up. I’ve tried to call several times with no answer and the abrupt disconnection.
