I have been going to The Kapaau Post Office for decades. They have always been great They seem to be more and more delightful as the years go by. The current crew of sweet ladies is so kind, helpful, and patient! :) Blessed to be in Kohala! :)

I wanted to tell you how wonderful all the hardworking P.O. employees are in Kapa’au. Even with the stresses of the time, they are always friendly, courteous an professional! Good on them all!

Last Saturday (10-12-2013), my daughter went in to pick up to boxes I had shipped priority. The female USPS postal worker was completely unhelpful and told her the boxes hadn't arrived when the tracking shows that they had been checked into the post office earlier that morning. I am extremely unhappy about this, since it would be one thing if they had been held up in transit, but the fact that they were in the post office and this employee would not check for them makes me quite cross. USPS pays very well and there are a lot of people who would love to work with them. The baked goods that I sent for the weekend won't be given to my daughter until today (10-14-2013) assuming that she can get to the post office today!
