Very good post office always delivers packages on time.Good team also, always very friendly.

This post office has one of the worst employee I've ever met. He systematically throws books of stamps at me, never smiles, is not polite and looks like he hates his job. He is never friendly and makes the bare minimum. I have had instances where a package and a slip had not arrived, have gone to the post office, only to find out that the package had been there for days but the female employee was nice and checked on it and gave me the package, after checking my ID. This young man, who works the right most station when entering the office, refused to check if a package had arrived for me and claimed I needed a slip. I explained my previous experiences where postman had forgotten the slip, and yet he refused to check. I am utterly annoyed by the lack of service. There are frequently issues with my mail, and poor service is systematic with this employee. I have stopped using USPS for my packages going out since I live in Kapaa and have great service from UPS and FEDEX. Not only my mail gets promptly delivered, but their employees are courteous, which is not the case at my local post office. I think USPS should reconsider make sure their service is more reliable and their employees more consumer friendly.
