My package was allegedly delivered to my address and it was nowhere to be found. It is so hard to speak to a "human" at USPS. You are instead helped by an automated service and are given 1-3 business days for someone to look into where your missing package is. This is terrible. This happens all the time. I receive the wrong package delivered to my address and the packages I'm expecting aren't delivered to me

I’m sorry employees won’t be reading comments, as I have always had exemplary service from them. We’ve been mailing priority boxes home for many years. Without fail, the employees are courteous, friendly, and helpful. Aloha is alive and well at the Honoapiilani branch in Lahaina.

The Front St. postal carrier is the worst of worst. I have received mail here for 20 years and not once have we had such an unprofessional, lazy carrier. He refuses to close the mailbox and when it rains the mail is soaked. I have contacted the managers but nothing is getting done about this abnormal behavior. Time to relocate the carrier or teach him how to be professional. Better yet don’t relocate he’ll just do the same on a different route. Re-train. I see I’m not the only one experiencing this unprofessional behavior.

I live in Napili & our female postal worker keeps giving us our neighbor's boxes, she never shuts our mailbox door, our mail is soaking wet from the rain, I would hate to see our mail fly out with this strong wind. I thought that the wind was blowing the door open but I watched her one day & she didn't close the mailbox door. Its Christmas so I gave her a Christmas gift-she took it, didn't smile or say thank you-she just put it in her truck & drove away. So sorry that she is having a bad day or maybe she hates her job. A couple of months ago, my husband gave her a small box & told her that this box wasn't ours & she got so upset she took the box & huffed and puffed & didn't say a word. She was clearly upset but she didn't have to be rude to my husband. Its so sad to see our female mail carrier so mad & maybe cant handle her job. Mahalo!!!!
