Lipoa Place Apartments, the mail carrier always puts my packages in other people's mailboxes. usually half ripped like they wanted to know what it is or intentionally on purpose, who knows.. lost 2 packages that someone stole because of WRONG MiSPLACEMENT of the mailboxes that are the mail carriers' fault.

Recently my neighbors and I have been getting each other's mail. Practically every day one of us is having to go and put the correct mail to the right house. We live on Aumakiki loop in Aiea. HELP!! This is a serious problem.

Postal carrier for Aiea is horrible. Keeps giving wrong mail, keeps mixing up mail for neighbor and our mail when in the mailbox are clearly marked LAST names. How hard is it to get the name right??? Very frustrating!

At 7:48 pm on 11 October, 2020. A female post office worker left package next to sidewalk. This happens repeatedly on Kahapili and Kaonohi street with this postal official (for our neighbors too, we’ve discussed her). I’ve also had this same postal lady throw the packages in the yard multiple times, and once in the driveway where an expensive item got ran over when returning home. Another item got rained on as it was left in the rain in the yard, luckily it was clothing. This is very unprofessional and lazy, please send another postal worker, or instruct them to do their job with some sort of pride and professionalism. I will be posting a video and posting it on-line the next time it happens. Thank you, from all of is in Aiea.

Re: 9505 5106 0843 0129 7660 52 On May 8, 2020 I mailed by Priority Mail to Carl Angelo Remigio, PO Box 342, Aiea, HI 96701. He is the son of the named boxholder Emmanuel Noel Remigio. On May 9, 2020, I got an Alert (thru USPS Tracking), that said the item was returned to the sender on 5/9/2020 at 7:04 in Aiea, HI 96701 because the addressee was not known at the delivery address on the package. My question: Where is the package? As of today 5/14/20 I have not received the box, that was supposedly returned to the sender (me).

I have had international packages opened before arrival. Several years ago I ordered several small items from Spain and the envelope arrived empty. I took pictures of the torn empty envelope and was able to get a replacement safely. Today I received a package from Australia that was broken open in transit (whether intentionally or accidentally I don't know) and resealed by the post office. The tear in the box was large enough to clearly see what was in it (books that were wrapped securely into one large bundle) but not large enough to extract the books. These were the only times I have received foreign shipments. I would not have thought twice about it except for reading J Van Blarcom's review. I am not making any accusations but merely informing the public and the post office of my experiences. My residence is located on Halawa Drive, Aiea, 96701. Aloha

Have always had great Postal Service, until now. Received my mail today. 2 Packages which were both already opened. One package was in a grey plastic envelope with was cut open. The other was a priority small box which was opened on one side. The mailman who delivered the packages would have seen the grey plastic being cut open. The other package may not have been readily seen unless scrutinized. Either way, if these packages were picked up from the office location, whoever the handlers, would have also seen the grey package being already opened. Processors should have made a red flag on condition of package being already being open and indicated so. Have kept both packagings. Should I expect to receive future open letters/packages? My residence is located at Halawa Heights Road, Aiea, HI 96701. Thank you for your assistance.
