This is a DISGRACE to Wiley Bridge Rd- the new mail carrier , as the OLD ONE is OUT SICK w her BACK but this is the 2nd time 10 days we get WRONG MAIL and NOOOOOOO delivery pick up and it WAS REPORTED LAST WEEK - we already reported this last week , I did NOT get my medications in the MAIL, now today AGAINNNN , we got WRONG MAIL DELIVRRED enough already - 3 strikes u should be OUT
Jessica, who delivers our mail on Circle Ct should be commended on her performance as our delivery person. She always checks at her stops and can be seen making sure the mail is going in the right box. Is always pleasant, and minimally waves. What a difference she has made since taking over this route.
Please inform your driver that just because my road is closed they still must deliver my MAIL!! Postal truck can get thru the series of 3 cone barrels per the DOT that is working on the round about in front of 1142 Wiley Bridge Rd Woodstock GA 30188
Please inform driver of vehicle #232567(?) to obey all traffic laws and drive only his/her vehicle and not others at the same time. If I had to stop suddenly, his/her vehicle would have smashed into mine. 2-4 second rule people!!
Doesn't a red flag on a mail box mean "PICK UP THE MAIL"????? where do they get the STUPID drivers?? We get the wrong mail so much it's a joke! Now they don't recognize what a red flag means? Then they have the NERVE to raise stamp prices!
I had a package delivered today and it was thrown in my driveway and was soaking wet by the time I found it!! This is just lazy and unacceptable! I have a covered front porch that my packages are always delivered to! No wonder so many people have missing packages!!!
Just received a package from my granddaughter in California. It was delivered, if you could call it that, by a fill in driver. He set the box balanced on the top of my mailbox, instead of bringing it down the driveway to our porch!!!! What if I hadn't been home? What if it had started to rain again, or wind had knocked it off? My granddaughter spent over $40 to mail this package and it was left balanced on the top of a curved mailbox!!!

I had excellent service from the Woodstock Post Office. I filed a question about a missing package and within 2 days someone called me back. This gal helped solve my issue very fast. I appreciate people that do their jobs well. Thank you Woodstock Post Office!
2 packages are missing today. No one answers the phone! Terrible service. I got help once and now I've got to show up there to get help again.

my package was at the post office as of feb 25, 2021 and when call the post office they put me on hold for over 30 minutes and never came back on line and when you so hung up and try to call to back it just ring a few time and then hangs up the mail delivery is bad and phone service is worse bad customer service
It seems every time my regular carrier is off I don’t receive mail service.Put mail in box yesterday March 22, 2021 and took it out at 6:40pm no service. What is happening in that office for mail not to be delivered? Use to customer service was at it’s best now don’t give a *** must be the their motto. Need to check into this office off their ability to do the daily job of delivering the mail.
Priority package allegedly delivered to front porch at 1424. No package found centralized customer service only kept telling me it had been delivered. Tried the local post office direct line around 1630 (well within open hours). Call transferred to operator 5 times, went unanswered 5 times actually cutting me off to a busy signal 5 times. Help! JH
Mr., Clement Greene of Woodstock P.O. 30188 exceeded his service to us yesterday, Dec. 3, 2020. Mr. Greene assisted my husband and I (75 & 73 yrs. old) in shipping several packages (9) in a most friendly and accommodating manner. He was most helpful in helping with out-of-country forms and in validating zip codes in a most cheerful way which highlighted our day. He deserves recognition as a valuable employee. Thank you, Mr. Greene.
I wanted to compliment Michelle, my mail carrier. She saw Tuesday that I was having a hard time walking down my driveway to get my mail and she offered to walk it to my front porch. This is an amazing act of customer service. I am older and on Oxygen and my driveway, although short, is steep and I do worry about falling. She has been bringing to my porch since then. She needs to be recognized as a good employee. Hope whoever her Manager is will

Not sure who delivers to 200 Highland Village lane, 30188 but they sure don't do very well. I have missed 3 newspapers in the last month (25%). I get mail to other people with addresses starting with 200-today for example. I get mail put in my box from other people with "wrong address". Service is poor and getting worse. And then you raise mail rates HELLO!!! The worst thing was for the Cherokee Tribune to turn over delivery of the newspaper to the PO.
The post office off of Hwy. 92 and 575 is a complete joke. I took a package inside to be mailed out, because I didn't want it to get lost, so if I took it inside myself, I would be sure it would be shipped. the next morning, as usual. That was on 6/2/19, today is 6/15, and according to the tracking number, it's STILL sitting there. I called the post office and they said they need the number Under the bar code, not the company tracking number. Well who on earth knows to take a pick of the shipping label. I do now. I took another package inside on 6/13/19, and it STILL sitting inside this location!!! This time, I did take a pic of the shipping label!! I will be calling about this package now!!!

FIRST WE HAD A UNION REP WHO WAS NEVER HERE NOW WE HAVE SOMEONE WHO CAN'T READ AND DOES NOT KNOW THEIR NUMBERS. WHAT DO WE HAVE TO DO TO GET SERVICE, THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR OVER 13 YEARS. TODAY I RECEIVED A PACKAGE FOR 162 BRAMBLE OAK DRIVE (WHERE EVER THAT IS) I LIVE ON BRADSHAW PARK DRIVE.............THIS IS THE WORST EVER!
It is a good thing these are government employees and we are forced to pay them, a real company would have been out of business. I paid for 8 boxes to be sent priority (2-3 days). The best was 4 days, the worst was 9 days for delivery. Considering these were all perishable, thus 2-3 day shipping, the 9 days is a total embarrassment to have to say, please throw away that molding box if it ever arrives. I went to the to the Post Office and the smug man behind the desk said, too bad we don't guarantee anything. No you can't have your money back and the insurance is worthless. Basically theft. I feel like I been robbed. Woodstock Post Office should shutter its doors, they are worthless. The man behind the counter needs to be disciplined a best.
It has been five months since they lost a package sent to me. At first they were "investigating" it, and assured me they would refund the amount I provided via receipts. Then they simply stopped answering my email, or returning my calls...and washed their hands of any responsibility. Embarrassing..or it should be. but they don't seem to care.
The lack of service is unbelievable. I put in a request for my mail to be held and they did not hold it. I have asked the mail lady to please not send my mail back. I am in wheelchair and cannot get to mailbox for apartment complex. I have someone come once a week to go to grocery and to get mail. They still send it back if not picked up every few days. They absolutely will not work with me. They do NOT care about service !
I was sent a tracking message yesterday, July 19th that my item was in the Woodstock post office ,30188.
I visited the PO and they returned my package to the sender in China. If my item made it to Woodstock, GA why wasn't it delivered. I live in 30189 this is a Woodstock address. Why would you return it to China? This is horrible service. I've paid for my product and the PO can't deliver it.
New record guys! Now three days out of the week my neighbors got my mail! Your blowing that once a week average out of the water! Once a month would be enough but going the extra mile even after it being reported is pretty awesome!
