Postal Locations

I live on Borden road south of Whigham, I have lived here for about a year and a half and never had any issues until about 2 weeks ago. The driver on that route said the area around mailbox needed to be fixed and that we should call the road department and they would handle it. we called and they come out, the driver still would not deliver. I went out yesterday and made sure the area around the mail box was in good shape. I filled in holes and smooth the area out, there should be no problem at all. Today my girlfriend encountered the driver, Tracey, and the driver was very rude. She is now saying the mailbox is too far away from the road. This house has been in this area for several years without any changes. It just confuses me on why the sudden issue has arose. The driver, Tracy, was very unprofessional and rude with my girlfriend and that type of behavior should not be accepted.
