The postal carrier left a notice in our box on Saturday, Jan. 20 that there was a package but it could not be delivered because the box was too full. I scanned the bar code on the notice and asked for it to be delivered today. Another notice in the box today stating no authorized recipient available. I have been at home ALL day waiting for the package but no one came to the door with a package. This is ridiculous. I guess I will have to come to the post office????

I went into this post office the other day and was horrified to learn that there is no working air-conditioning. The postal worker said it has been this way for many weeks. This is not the way to treat your employees. Please fix this ASAP.
