The nastiest people ever work in the inner perimeter office. Either they’re under pay or hate their jobs. They don’t know how to treat customers in a polite way. They get defensive when you’re trying to track a package that they seemed to have lost . What a disgrace to have these employees working for USPS. It’s just plain wrong.

I have been wait on a package for three days and never got a written notice when it was not delivered. There was some confusion on the part of the USPS as to a “complete “ address. I could not find what was absent and why they didn’t deliver my package. Unacceptable!

Today I called Valdosta's post office at 3698 inner perimeter rd. I spoke to a young man named "Chuck". I do not know his last name. Chuck was very very , nice to me and treated me w/ upmost respect. He answered all of my questions and took care of my problem very quickly. He is a valued employee , be glad you have him working for you , I am glad he was there to help me.

I'm very upset for one NO BODY answers the phone at your site. They post drivers lost our mail, now for the LAST 3 weeks, I have been getting everyone's else's but our own. I'm waiting for some important papers and WE ARE NOT GETTING THEM. Someone else in our neighborhood is and I cannot expect them to bring them to me. Get some who knows their damn job! This is BS.

Unfortunately I've experienced the same lack of customer service as aya has. Not to mention they were consistently putting someone else's mail into my PO box. These were marked with a totally different PO box number and name. Seems to me that number and letter matching is taught in elementary school! At Christmas time, they even put a notification for a package pick-up in my box, with a totally different box number on it. Unfortunately, I'd opened it without checking the name or number, as I was also expecting a box from my daughter. It wasn't until after I'd opened it and rather confused by a pair of boots in it, that I checked the labeling on it.When I talked to the postmaster about it, he was extremely rude, defending the employees, and told me he didn't want to hear about it at that hour of the day (guessing the time of day was totally irrelevant). It was near closing time, but I had tried a few times earlier in the day and couldn't get anyone there to answer the phone. He didn't have anything to defend that with, and was still extremely rude about the whole thing.I told the postmaster that I only wanted things addressed to my BOX NUMBER going into my box. He then hung a note on my box reading that only mail addressed to my NAME should go in the box. I had to clarify with someone that's NOT what I said, as sometimes I receive mail for my business and my daughter who has incoming mail there at times. The employee then changed the note to read box number, not name. Even the postmaster doesn't listen well.Coincidentally, the package from my daughter never did arrive via the USPS and we had to have it re-sent via FedEx. Guessing like everybody else's mail that goes in my box, my mail is going into someone else's box. Don't know why they can't be as honest as I am and put a note on it, informing them to deliver it to the proper box.

Customer care is a thing of the past. For the post office to be something of the past as well you would think they would have better customer service. Not nice, SLOW and very rude
