I do not like to give negative reviews, however after speaking with a woman named Kim at the Thomson GA location I can say that the customer service is not friendly at all. I would fire someone that worked for me if they spoke to customers with the attitude that she did. There is no sense in being rude to someone who 1. Gave no attitude 2. Is simply calling to check on the status of a package that BY CIRCUMSTANCES OUT OF MY HANDS, was mis-shipped.

Other than the people working behind the counter offering great service and professional performances, the delivery of my package is a farce!
The delivery was scheduled for Friday, 2/14/20. The tracking ID shows that at 8:41 am, it was out for delivery. Later that day, it shows that at 8:41 am, my package is available for pickup. After the post office closed, it shows my package was delivered at 4:32 pm.
Monday was a holiday, so I stopped by to pick up my package on Tuesday. The clerks were fantastic and a pleasure to do business with. I was informed that my package was not at the post office because it was delivered to the front door of our building. (My company is at the side door, Suite B.)
When I got back to work, I went to the front door and asked if they received my package by mistake. Everyone either had not seen it or looked for it. My package was not there.
I can't help but wonder whose front door it was delivered to... NOT MINE!!! Sounds like time to hire more competent delivery people!
