My assistant manager came in there earlier today to buy stamps, and was shocked by the rude behavior of a lady names Missy. She was soo hateful and just nasty and had my assistant all upset when she got back to the store. A short lady came out the back and was just as sweet as she could be to help her out, due to Missy just didnt want to be bothered with her. Ive never had issues there, but this is ridiculous. Thanks!
