Worst post office ever. They say they delivered a package and I didn't get it. Trt to call and no one ever answers the phone. I called the 1800 number and it's just as bad. You cannot get an agent on the phone, the automated service is very bad.

I am getting sick and tired of my mail being left at my neighbors house just because they don’t want to drive down my long driveway. This is happened more times than I can count and I’m sick and tired of it!!!! We’ve had perishables left at my neighbors house just because they didn’t want to drive down the driveway. And they leave it on the neighbors front porch where he never sees it!!!! This is Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

This post office needs training and new management. I have had numerous problems including: getting other people's mail, getting mail addressed to a don't have a p.o. box) Mail not stopped when requested, delivery not restarted when requested. Phone now answered.

Summerville 's post office hires the most irresponsible postal delivery people. I was suppose to receive a package today and I didn't. I looked at the tracking and it said exception. That I had requested that it be held at the post office! That is a lie! I DID NO SUCH THING! And by the way the carrier has almost torn our box off the post many times by shoving items inside that too big for it! We get mail belong to others! I am fed up! This lie is the ultimate!

Summerville Post Office is a joke. The mail gets later and later every day. I still have not gotten my mail and it's 3 PM. There was a time when you could set your watch by your delivery time. Not now. They deliver it if and when they get ready. I am tired of checking my mailbox three times a day, especially when it's pouring rain or freezing cold.I have a subscription to The Summerville News and am still waiting for my paper. I had a package that was suppossed to be delivered yesterday and I still haven't seen it. Just wondering whose mailbox or front porch it was delivered to. I get my neighbor's mail on a regular basis.
