Diane is so rude not just to me but every customer both before and after me. I have a 1 year old child she told me I needed to tape up the box in order to put my items in it. I attempted to do it on my own but she wouldn't allow me to sit my baby on the counter and I couldn't leave my baby unattended and allow her to walk around in the lobby that was filled with people. I asked her if she could help me tape the box and she refused. She's wicked and should have been fired a long time ago because that was not the first time I've seen her give a hard time to customers or to myself. She is bad for business and should be let go immediately. She is not someone you should have as the face of a government facility. Dayi the other rep seems to always pick up where Diana lacks which makes her job harder because a customer no longer wanted to speak with Diana so they went over to Dayi same as I. Dayi should not have to work with someone the complete opposite of her at least 8 hours a day. You all could possibly end up losing someone really good and makes the mailing experience peaceful because she has to work beside someone so draining to both her and the customers. I feel bad for her but thank you so much for you help Dayi that meant a lot.
It seems that I am spending all of my time in retirement complaining about the lousy mail service from this post office location. On November 16, 2020, I submitted a Hold Mail request with a start date of November 19 and an end date of November 28. The confirmation # for this request is CAH445839072. I left for a vacation assuming that my Hold Mail request would be honored. To my chagrin, my mail was delivered each day, notwithstanding my request to hold the mail. Thank goodness, my niece stopped by and looked in the box, only to find it stuffed with mail on Tuesday, November 20. She checked the box again on Friday and picked up the mail. Why can't you honor such a simple request? With all of the thefts occurring around residential mailboxes, I DO NOT want my personal mail left in my box for days. When I submitted a hold mail request in August, some of my mail which should have been delivered on the end date of that request was not delivered until late October 2022. As a result of your shoddy service, I had to pay late charges on two bills, which cost me $70.00 in late charges. You are leaving me no choice but to go to upper management and to contact my congressman regarding the shoddy disrespectful service from your postal service location.
This post office is not very well run. Too many times my mail ends up in someone else's mailbox. Also, yesterday I was supposed to received a package I paid extra for to be delivered by priority mail. The tracking notice stated it was to be delivered on May 16 by 9pm. Nothing showed up.
I received a message the next morning saying it has to be rescanned for a future delivery date. I believe the carrier either did not put it on the truck, or he made a decision to wait to the next day out of laziness.
This post office needs to close and our mail should be handled by another post office. Better yet, I believe a private post office may be more efficient and trustworthy.
Just wondering when our postal delivery service in 30083 will resume. It is 4 :50pm on Wednesday, jan. 19th. we have not received mail since last week. Our post office does not answer their phone for us to be able to inquire about our delivery service.
I've been down to this post office in Stone mountain many times I talked to Mr Mike and other associates also talked to the postmaster this place is the worst the worst of the worst I have so many issues with my mail carrier withholding mail withholding paychecks tampering if anybody sees this comment and has the same problem please contact me because I am about to file for the $10,000 violation when it comes to the post office withholding and tampering with mail without letting a resident know

Had an issue with my mail box and delivery service - talk to to a Mr. Mike- after briefing him on my situation - he was able to remedy and resolve the situation. Excellent service excellent phone etiquette- now that’s what I call PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! Thank you Sir!!! At W. Stone Mountain post office!! Each time I come there I’ve got excellent service!!!
Y’all need to do your fxcking job getting payed good to do a lousy job. My item should been here already and still in the fxcking preshipment stage. First ever bad experience I gotten with a usps. This place should be shutdown if it can’t even run efficiently or better management!

The Post Office located at 5181 W. Mountain has a workforce of Monkey (A)s working for the Federal Government I returned an item to Nordstrom's Rack boxed and Nordstrom's Rack informed me in the barcode when the Post Office scans it the return address is visible anyway the item returned to me today 3/8/2021. I say... lazy (Bone (A)s) Postal workers returned to my home in the back back my air conditional if, I had not look down upon returning in my garage I never would have known it was returned is something wrong with the front door? Nothing but, retarded MONKEYS that work at this location!!
I sent the Stone Mountain postmaster 2 emails , because she could not be reached by phone regarding an urgent matter. I would like to be contacted as soon as possible. I also find the carriers rude and dismissive. This needs to be addressed as well...if you could get the attention of a superior it would be appreciated.
The mailbox area for all residents is in disarray. The mailcarrier us much aware . I see her give mail to standby without ID , I see her place mail in broken boxes.There is mail all over the mail areana and at this time stimulus checs are being mailed , payroll is being mailed and there is no concern . I moved from one unit to another and recieved no mail in 2 weeks This is unheard-of.
Im really upset I was looking out my window & the mail hit my truck kept going & didn’t deliver my mail I yelled she kept going I’ve been trying to call the post office to report it but the line has been busy for 30mins Mind u I moved my truck 2x before because she almost hit it 2x before
I sent my package through USPS Stone Mnt. GA with priority 2 day shipping to NJ. They said it shipped the day I sent it, which was the 20th but get this; the package wasn't even received in Jersey until 4pm the 27th. A WHOLE WEEK LATER! I called USPS to try to get my money refunded for their very unprofessional and late behavior but they told me that they WILL NOT refund my money because I only shipped priority and not priority EXPRESS. NEVER EVER EVER USING USPS AGAIN. SEND IT WITH FED EX OR UPS!!
INCOMPETENT When I called the PO the phone rang ten times and when I asked to speak with the Supervisor, she never came on the line, and there is no messaging system in place. My tracking number states my small package was delivered to my mailbox on 09/22/20 (it was NOT) and two days later states 09/24/20 'Return to Sender' with no justification or 'endorsement' as the Post Office calls it. Postal workers are not monitored and held accountable? I called the company I purchased from and they confirmed there was no reason for the return listed on the package. Negligent and irresponsible PO customer service.
I live East Park at Ponce and the mail people is very messy. Mail be missing and every TIME I pull up to the mail box the lady is always on the phone. There's mail all over because they are putting it in the wrong boxes. I'm super upset I haven't seen no mail in 2 weeks. Its crazy and I'm going to the office tomorrow. The lady who delivers on Central dr is awful. I know for a fact mail is missing- I get the daily digest to see what's coming. She takes my coupons. She also refuses to deliver packages to my door and leaves them at my complex management office.
She also doesn't pick up out going mail.

I thought I was the only person that was happening to. Like my office isnt opened on the regular a lot of time. I put my door number on there for a reason. So it can be delivered to my door so now my packages are lost. Im pissed.

I’ve lived her for 24 years and visited this post office! The service is at its lowest!! Regardless if 20 ppl are in line, there will only be 2, if we’re lucky, at the counter. While in line, you’ll see 2-3 more ppl come to the counter, get something and walk away!! I came looking for a package that thru tracking, said it was there. I was told my package wasn’t the only one at the post office!! Wow!! You could hear music playing and loud talking in back but my package wasn’t in the building she stated!! I track packages that say delivered and I don’t have it!! I avoid USPS!!
I have been trying for a week to have a letter redelivered without success. The mail carrier left a sticker instead of ringing the doorbell to obtain a signature so the letter was returned to the post office. I have made 2 online requests and when I called the post office I was told I would have to call back to talk to a supervisor. What's the point of having an online system if it doesn't work, plus when you call the 1-800 number on the delivery slip your average wait time is 45 minutes to an hour. Who has that time to hold the line...please get real!!!
Service is for most part okay. However, in past 2 days now, I have not received any mail even though I had an update on my email that I will. More.... I have 3 pieces of mail in my box I tried to send and they are still there... no one could even pick it up for 2 days. The phone is blocked, no matter when I would like to call is always busy...
Here it is 6:10 PM & no mail has been delivered yet!! True it is Monday but in the 33 years that I have lived in this house and since our former postman retired, has my mail been so late being delivered!! Wake up folks!! Some of us do get important mail & would like it delivered in a timely manner!!
I have not received my regular mail in 2 weeks. I signed up for informed delivery. The site says I have mail but none is delivered. I called the Stone Mountain post office today to speak with a supervisor but was left on hold for 12 minutes. I just want to know what is happening to my mail
I have no ideal why there is not a live representative by telephone that you can speak to. I am trying to see if this apartment building at 5100 West Mountain is actively occupied, but they give you all of these dumb options that are so annoying, that do not include what I am looking for.
Every time I send a package priority mailin stone mt., the damn mail carrier has problems finding the condo. They say lackin info and problem finding a dress even though it's filled out properly and extra money is paid for it to get there next day, IT DOESN'T MAKE IT! I think you need more literate carriers!!!!!!
I don’t know what is wrong with this post office but they never deliver the packages. Their mail carrier is lazy and needs to be fired for not doing her job. If she can’t get her lazy ass out her van and walk ten feet to a doorstep to deliver my package then what’s the point of her even having this job. I’m tired of calling around to find out where my package is only to be informed that my package was delivered to this post office weeks ago. Also she drives her van up on the curve hitting my plants around the mailbox when trying to put mail in. FIRE YOUR GOD DAMN MAIL CARRIER SHE IS LAZY AND INCONSIDERATE.

Received package in mail. Carrier did not come to my door but left slip in mailbox stating package was undeliverable!
I was home and no mail carrier attempt to deliver the package.
Due to however they felt that day....They just decided it was ok to fill out the slip and put that in my mail box!!!!!!!!!!

I received an email confirmation.
I called the mailroom on 3/21/2017 to confirm the delivery and was at first told there was insufficient address for delivery!
I informed Charlotte that the carrier filled in the slip with sufficient address for the delivery. She then informed me it was there and would be delivered next day. That being 3/22/2017.
This has now been numerous times my mail has either sat at the post office and/ or been returned to sender.
This complaint is about very poor service....Attitude of personnel leads me to believe they just don't care!!!!
I have had many problems in the past with this type of non delivery of mail.
Very,very,very unhappy customer!
