Why does nobody answer the phone? If nobody is going to answer the phone then why do you have a phone number listed. I have called multiple times a day over a number of days trying to contact this office and nobody picks up. No wonder the USPS has to be propped up with taxpayer dollars with so called customer service like this.

I live at 88 Travertine Circle and would like to thank my mail carrier for going the extra mile to help me locate a package. She is first class all the way!!! Thanks!! Richard

I got a notice that my package had insufficient information and was marked for return to sender. I called the 1800 number and verified my address is the exact one the package was sent to. I have been receiving mail here for 7 years and am at a stand alone house. I try to then call the local office to get this sorted out. No one answers the phone. I tried 8 times during business hours. Why is it so hard to get this done?

I hadn't received mail for over two weeks. Then I got over 200 pieces of mail all at once. This has caused many problems. Bank statements. Overdrew account. Court appearances. Contempt of court. Traffic violation. No proof of insurance. Identity theft. Could have fingered the person responsible. I feel like this is the U.S.Post office's fault due to error or negligence in delivery, without any sort of notification to me. My estimates total $440 in fees that would have been avoidable. To avoid any further complications you can make check payable to Paul Dubroc. 37 Hidden Lake ct. Savannah, GA. 31419. Thank you.

TERRIBLE!!!! Won’t answer phone, won’t return calls, their automated service is useless. I have not received mail in over a month and no one can tell me why or even act like they care!! I’m so frustrated with the USPS I’m beyond words
