This particular location is terrible! The few carriers that I have come across have little to no customer service skills. Their attitudes are horrendous! They have not been any help and apparently have trouble following simple instructions. I have submitted multiple forms to cease delivery and to hold the mail, yet they still delivered my mail anyways and I do not have access to the mailbox! They NEVER answer the phone, so calling them to speak with a supervisor to fix the issue is pretty much a dead end. Their hours are trash. If I could, I would shut this location down! THIS PLACE IS TRASH!

I have been trying to reach Roswell Ga Postal Annex for 2 weeks and no one pick up the phone (770-640-2849). What is problem?


We have only received mail delivery one time in the past two weeks. A neighbor did not get her medications, vital to her health and well being. The post offlice lied that they did not have her medications until she tracked them there, and then they lied that they were stored there instead of being delivered to our mailbox, "at customer request". I have not received my bank statement, that should have arrived over a week ago. This is horrible service SERIOUSLY Bad, even Dangerous, and must end. Louis DeJoy, who was put in that position by former President Trump to help him win the election by delaying absentee ballots and privatize the mail, has ruined our postal system, and the damage continues. He must be replaced by an honest, responsible, and competent person.


We repeatedly receive a mailbox full of our neighbors mail but not our own. I repeat, we repeatedly get our neighbors mail, sometimes with ours sometimes without. Yesterday, I was waiting for a package that was ‘out for delivery’, after I watched the mail truck drive away, I got a notice of ‘no access to delivery location’. I literally just watched her put stuff in the box at the bottom of my wide open and empty driveway. When I went to check my mail, I had a package that had a neighbor’s name and address but not my package. Two things: 1. Sloppiness or incompetence on putting the wrong mail in boxes. 2. Laziness to not come into the driveway and drop off a package at the door or porch If anyone aside from a USPS employee performed this way, they would be fired. This has nothing to do with Covid or Holiday influx. The wrong mail gets delivered year-round but as I watched with my own eyes and my camera recorded, not delivering packages in just pure laziness.

Sorriest postal service I have ever experienced! I order nutritional supplements, vitamins, probiotics, ect. Even if I pay for expedited shipping, things that should only take 2 to 3 days takes seven days or more. I ordered vitamins on Sunday night to be sure to get them by Wednesday at the latest, the tracking number information said it was "out for delivery" on is now Sunday night & I still don't have them!! In this heat they wont be any good.
