The new management and staff are the worst since I have had a box starting 1991. It is only open when we are at work. They don't complete tickets for items you need to pick up, won't tell you on phone who it is from and won't let anyone else pick it up. Will put a notice in box that it is going to be sent back and I have recd packages that had 4 dates that notices were put in my box and I only recd one notice. These things are done repeatedly! I also get others mail all the time. The employees also have a bad attitude! Sandra was much better. Never had an issue with any others either in 27 years!
