Postal Locations

Got to the location at 4:20PM and already closed. Hours listed online and on the building says they are open until 4:30PM. Had a letter to pickup that required a signature. Pulled into my yard the day before and the mail carrier was parked out front of the mail box. Looked like they were writing something. Waited for them to leave and had a "We missed you" notification. My daughter was home all day, My wife was home when they were out front and I had just gotten home while they were in front of the house. The mail carrier never got out of their vehicle to attempt delivery due to pure laziness. Now I will have a total of 4 hours of no if I can get to the post office earlier if they do not close tomorrow. Other people that were at the post office while I was there were also very upset because they closed early.

Today our central mailbox for 10 families was left open to the public and the weather. I tried to close the doors but they are stuck open.hope it does not rain ronight.

Two packages were left at my door on Friday, 05/05/23, As requested by sender, I marked them 'refused' and personally took them to the Pooler USPS. I have a receipt for the return. Today, 05/08 /23, the same two packages appeared on my doorstep again.. I had to chase down the postman and give them back to him. I pointed out to him they were marked 'refused'. He said they were put in his box to deliver.

Employees won’t answer phone, delivers to wrong address and doesn’t reach out to customers that put in invoice.

I looked up zip for Pooler, Ga on line and it gave me 31322. I put this zip on my G'son's birthday and mailed a week before May 1st. It came back last thurs May 7 saying incorrect address and I did further research with Benton Blvd and discovered zip should have been 31407. If information on website for Pooler with zip 31322 any letter coming to that zip should be forwarded to right carrier for delivery. As of May 13 card still not delivered. What has happened to our customer service. I am a retired postal letter and we made every attempt to get mail delivered to right address. Thank you.

Pooler ga post office closed the store listed and moved west on Hwy 80 to the old Goodwill store. It is now a nice large facility with lots of parking. And a red light to get in and out on. United States Postal Service Post Office 1030 US-80 W Pooler GA 31322

This is a great post office! Since it is small, the line goes pretty quick and they are helpful. One of the last little slices of Hometown Americana left.

This is the worse post office to go to. it's so small that people just jump in line after they fill out their paperwork at the desk. The desk personnel is so busy talking to each other they don't take care of the customers. Stay away from this post office.
