Their question is, does the properly have the ability have a second address on it. They are looking at adding another business into the building and they want that business to have a different address if possible.
If not they will just add that business as a Suite number to their address so they can delineate between the two businesses.

I came home yesterday to find a package in my flowerbed at the beginning of the drive way. why was the package not delivered to the front porch as in the past ? this is the time of year which at 430-5pm it is already dark and I almost did not see the package on the ground.
I have attempted a few times to contact the Post Office in Pembroke ,GA , yet no answer .
at this time of year with many postal deliveries which do not fit in a mail box, I would appreciate my packages to be placed on the front porch as they have been in the past- not on the ground near the road for everyone to see.

Tried calling the office to complain about mail carriers turning around in my grass. After what seemed a million times of calling the phone is still busy.
They saw my error and fixed it, getting the package to the right person, instead of taking the easy way out and "returning to sender."

The worst customer service ever! I was literally in there mailing out packages for mother’s day and she was seeing we were having an issue finding a box. Instead she starts closing up the shop and telling us whatever we are sending out we need to hurry up because it is her lunch time. I am a widow who is very young as was trying to get everything processed as it is my first without my husband. This is the absolute worst customer service I have Ever experienced feel she shouldn’t be employed with customer service if she can’t even help service a customer who was clearly in distraught.
