Postal Locations

My sister and live on Raymond Hill Rd, no gates, no dogs, entry is clearly marked, mailbox is marked. What is it gonna take to get our mail and packages? 5 packages returned to sender and no reason given. One of which was 3mos supply of medications, 4 letters saying not at this address.Apparantly taken to wrong address and not even looking at it, just shove it in a box and go!.Mail service has been subpar for the last 4yrs here. Fire them all and find people that can read!

My mail is suppose to be held and on my my postal app it says it’s out for deivery. My address is 180 glennforest trail Newnan ga. 30265. What is the problem?

I would really appreciate it if the postman didn’t leave packages on my mailbox. I can’t see my mailbox from my house. Also, They leave my packages at the wrong address and I never get them. He placed shoes on my mailbox yesterday and they aren’t there. Someone took them.

Post person Left a book from Amazon on the ground next to the driveway, BEHIND a gate, and behind a white postal box where the book could have been placed to be better protected, as the book was NOT in plastic, but in a cardboard Mailer!! I was NOT home for 4 days and March 28 either, when book was left on ground!! Amazon message said book was placed in my mail box!! I can only say, I wonder what kind of judgement this person has, even a teenager, charged with delivering mail, would KNOW not to leave anything in Cardboard, outside in the weather!! Of course the book was wet, ruined, as was the cardboard box. I would like an explanation as to how this passes as service?? truly now I worry about all of my mail, and I expect important items to be stolen!! this was criminal behavior!!

A package was delivered on June 11th at 1.12pm but it was not put in our box or the Lock box underneath. This was my granddaughters package which weighs about a pound which she is still looking for. Her name and address was on package but the postal carrier didn't read it and possible put in someone else's box . Postal carrier take test and must know how to read every single piece of mail including packages and know how to deliver to right place. I'm not sure this was of incompetence or not even paying attention.

We bought a house last year and the postal driver continually drives through our newly sodded yard and leave muddy tire tracks all the way up our new driveway! She doesn’t know how to drive her mail truck ! Apparently it’s against protocol to back the mail truck up !?? Now she marks our home in deliverable because we asked her not to drive in the grass ! Sent video proof to her supervisor and nothing!!! How hard is it to stay off someone’s grass !! She’s rude AF !!!

If these reviews are not read by people in charge,then what good do they do?? Once again our super incompetent carrier, Mike Beauman, didn't deliver a piece of mail from SSI that was to be in todays mail. No one in Newnan PO gives a dam,. Very frustrating !!!!

I guess nobody teaches the carriers for 30265 how to do their job. We're in a home that was built Dec. 2020 and have had problems getting our mail and packages since we moved in (it's June 10th, 2021). I have put in multiple complaints online and they just close them out without doing anything. The carriers are too lazy to deliver packages and just mark them as "held at post office at customer request" instead of doing their job. Is it really THAT hard??? RIDICULOUS!

6 weeks, no access to mail box. Key issue. 28.00 fee for replacing the lock on my mail box. 9 visits to post office. 26 calls. Everyone that I spoke to during this time ,gave me incorrect information and basically lied several times. Delivery to my door , promised 3 times. Stayed home and no one came. No one Called!!!!! Rodney, Roschell,Carla, to mention a few. Last call this morning was with Rodney, Never could bring me my mail Never could change the lock. AGAINST P.O. POLICY. THOUROLY DISGUSTED.

0 stars, I was assulted by their worker, and now an expensive package was not delivered "by customer request" and I can guarantee that isnt the case because I was checking the mail every half hour because I was so excited for my package to arrive. After filing a complaint about the assault, I was never reach out to and I had to fix the property damage caused by their employee out of my own pocket. garbage garbage garbage. we constantly have people send us things that never arrive. shady location with horrible employees.

I had an informed delivery February 16 that my check to our HOA was being returned as the wrong address. Which it was addressed correctly. Then I get a call from where it did get delivered to, thank you White Oak directory, and he was going to bring it by. Unfortunately he put it again, in the wrong mailbox. The number of times I get the wrong mail, and my mail does not come is beyond counting at this point in the three years since we moved to this area. I called today and officially complained. And will do so going forward with a review online as well.

I have received no mail in two days, Jan 11 & Jan 12. This is outrageous. We show mail that should have been delivered on both days on the USPS website. Please advise if further action is needed,

The mail delivery person stuff mail in the mailbox that should be handed to me. I use the tracking system and still don’t get my packages correctly deliver. I was suppose to get a package delivered on January 4th, it’s now January 12th and I am still waiting. I placed this order 5 weeks ago and can’t get any answer from the post office staff. Absolutely horrible service.

Leaves packages at neighbors address. This has happened three times. Also, will leave them on the ground in front of the mailbox. Mail is delivered very late. The postal service has gotten worse but rates keep going up.

I have been waiting for cards from my children. They were sent out 2nd week in Dec. They either have been delivered to the wrong address or they are lost. Need to know where they are

they do not know how to deliver packages. But they do know how to deliver bills at the same address as the package.

I have had some of the worst experiences with this location. Today I received a notification that my package was delivered & send for by the “individual”. I never received nor signed for this package. My package has been delivered to the wrong address twice. I specifically ask senders if possible not to send my mail through USPS. The operation seems to have a serious problem misplacing residents mail. I waited on hold for more than 30 minutes to speak with some and when arrived at the NEWNAN location in Ga on Postal Pkwy I was told the supervisor could not speak with me after I stressed the importance of addressing my concerns. Very poor customer service. I waited 30 mins plus just to speak with the supervisor.

My mail seems to have stopped coming the past few weeks on spring st. I have noticed there seems to be multiple people filling the role of mail carrier on my street now. I have received other people's mail sometimes and I wonder where my mail is ending up. Please talk to your mail carriers who work this area. Thank you.

My mail literally sits at this post office for days. Needed something for Father’s Day and had guaranteed delivery by then from the sending but of course that price of mail has been sitting at this post office for 6 days!! So not here in time! And nobody answers the phone!

Attempted theft? Carrier advised S. Korea sender that they attempted to deliver package, no one was home and notice was left. However, residents were home and no notice was left. Sender called to verify receipt and we located package at post office. Carrier was rude when asked by us and Supervisor why the package was not delivered. Supervisor had to apologize for carrier's behavior several times.

For some reason mail just sits here at this post office for days. Not sure what the hold up is here and haven’t seen this issue with other post offices. Thing don’t get scanned here or move for days!

Dropped annual payment for post office box into the collection kiosk at 2pm on 3-10-2020. Now check has disappeared, P.O. box is locked and mail/packages are going GOD knows where. I am a senior who is supposed to "shelter in place", but how can I do that when everyone from the President to the Governor to the Post Office seems to find me expendable?

Will you PLEASE inform mail delivery person to stop shoving medicine packages in mailboxes at 355 Millard Farmer ind Blvd., Newnan. I for one am tired of getting boxes smashed and crushed packages from drug co Express Scripts. It’s too costly to arrived damaged.

Mail carrier in Lake Redwine leaves my mailbox open after delivering mail everyday! Tired of getting wet mail when it rains

The postal carrier for the Lake Redwine subdivision is consistently driving across my grass and damaged my yard taking a shortcut from the neighbor's mailbox to deliver a package. Even when it's just mail she is cutting across my yard to get to our mailbox. I would appreciate it if you could take care of this immediately!

Has mail been delivered on 17th and 18th due to snow?

Waited on delivery from Amazon via USPS to; _ _ North St. Newnan, GA 2 day delivery by 8pm 9/30/17. Tracking message received stating delivery was attempted at 8:52 pm but "business was closed." Further states "please look for notice of attempted delivery for next steps." No such notice was left in mailbox, front door, anywhere. This is a residential address and was home all day, waiting...- no business operated here. The delivery is car keys and there is no reason for this delay in delivery. Please advise asap.
