Received a package today and the mail person didn’t even put it on the porch she left it at the end of the walk way and by the time I got to it it was covered in ants, I have never had mail set out at the end of my walk way which is only about ten steps away from the porch, don’t ever send this delivery person back to my house for delivery.
Package delivered outside in rain at garage door! Because we have 3 porches we never look for packages there. I backed car out. Ran over package. Luckily there was no damage to the contents form the rain or my running it over, but I did spread it over the driveway! Made many many calls to regular post office and to office on Garrett Way to no avail!!! This is senseless!! Raining… put it under a porch!!! Duh!!!
Yesterday I received a delivery exception email. The message stated that an attempt to deliver a package was haunted “due to interference by an animal.”
What type of animal, I wonder, was blocking delivery from the street preventing the postal worker who submitted the report from entering my driveway? Should my wife and I be concerned?
When I checked our Ring doorbell videos of my street (camera no. 1) and my driveway (camera no. 2), I was able to determine that no driver entered my driveway yesterday—all day long. None. Not a single vehicle.
Where do I report this issue with postal service personnel who make false reports? Is there an ethics board to hear my complaint?
Would the person who submitted the report care to explain? Additionally, would anyone in the Milledgeville postal office even care to review the Ring video footage?
I want to give a Big Shout Out to LeAnn Clark, who works at the Garrett Way office, for helping me to resolve a mail problem, today, February 22. She was so friendly and helpful and solved the problem in a matter of minutes.

MY GOVERNMENT STIMULUS CHECK WAS STOLEN!!!! IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON 1/8/21. I RECEIVED NO MAIL ON THAT DATE. ON 1/9/21 I RECEIVED ALL MAIL FOR 1/8/21 AND MAIL FOR 1/9/21 EXCEPT THE GOVERNMENT STIMULUS CHECK. I AM ON THE DAILY DIGEST EMAIL TO PREVIEW WHAT MAIL I AM RECEIVING!!!!! I WANT IT FOUND OR I WILL FILE CHARGES
TERRIBLE service. People there are condescending and rude. The manager put me on hold for about 15 minutes. They treated my daughter like trash. I am very upset and need someone to call me 770-310-9666
I would like my taxes and postage that I paid to have better use.
