Mail man never delivers our mail when it's supposed to be delivered. We constantly have packages missing and mail missing. We are signed up for the alerts that shows what's in the mail and half the time our stuff is missing or not delivered. We had a package coming and because he didn't want to deliver it he said the delivery address was inaccessible. We live a mile from the post office, the roads and everything are fine. There is no reason why our stuff couldn't be delivered.
Website is good but the mail service in the Mauk area or black creek trail and Phelps road area is simply horrible. Our last mail delivered on Friday and today is Tuesday. So 19 pieces of our mail for 3 days has not been in our box because the mail person just goes right by us. In fact the vehicle just atten till 5 pm went right in by us. The same for our neighbors as well. What’s going on ???? We even get mail for a lot of other people and get mail at 8 pm to 10 pm at night. This is ridiculous espeywhen our mail lady for years always got us before noon every single day and half the time ran other mail persons route. Can’t anyone figure out what’s going on!!!!! If you can’t do the job look elsewhere! Whether your the postmaster or the mail delivery . Ronnie we sure do miss you a lot. Customer service and a smile and always delivered the mail and on time. Then when our regular mail lady was running other routes and taken off ours we never get our packages they are left at the post office until Ronnie would return to her normal route. Still bogged down Ronnie would still deliver every single piece of mail and the packages. What’s wrong with that picture folks, it’s called I want a paycheck but don’t wNt to do the job and it’s been almost 2 years now and still y’all can’t get it right!!! No wonder Ronnie our awesome person and friend and mail lady quit . Wouldn’t put her full time but worked full time for years. Yep y’all messed up big!!! Just get our mail and everyone else’s mail out here to us please. Can you handle that???
Don’t know what the issue is. But we are working on getting our mailbox situation fixed so as of right now we go to the office to pick up our mail. We all work 6-7 days a week and find it hard to make it before it closes. BUT and mind you we have proof, we don’t know what the problem is but the employees are sending back our packages the same day they receive them. We don’t even get a chance to make it in to get them. We are spending our hard earned money on our own , personal and some house hold items, to receive and they are being sent back the same exact day they are received in the post office. Mind you again we have proof! I don’t know what the issue is but it needs to be resolved. We are hoping to have our mailbox situated this weekend considering a couple of us finally have a day off to do it. I want to know what is so hard or aggravating about holding our mail till we pick it up.
