USPS was horrible this time around! We had a package overnighted from Raliegh NC to Lilburn, GA, payed extra for EXPRESS shipping! It was not sent by express! We needed this package to make it overnight so that it can make a flight and because the post office screwed up, it missed the flight. This is unacceptable.

Made an online complaint ref pickups. Robert called back and asked for additional information. Did he leave a call back number? No. Does anyone answer the phone at 77-923-3391? No. I called customer service, waited 20 minutes for a callback. They said they would text the location. Did I receive a callback? No. Bad customer service regarding scheduled business pickups.

After working 33years for the United States Postal Service as a Bulk Mail Clerk, Sales Associate and Acting Finance Supv Ms. Shen( not sure spelling her name right)clerk 19 is not Happy with her job. Asked if she can weigh my letter Please. She told me it was $.60 without placing it on the scale. I asked again. She repeated it's $.60 . She never G.I.S.T. but after she finally placed the letter on the scale asked me the Hazmat question and if I wanted Certified. We All have Bad Days but , Treat Customers the way you want to be Treated. A Pleasant Greeting or Smile goes a long way. Thank you for your attention.

I'm not familiar with USPS mail carrier procedures but witnessed what believe was a disrespectful & inconsiderate behavior by one of your carriers. Yesterday I was traveling north on Hewitt- Road then turned Left onto Oak Road in the 30047 area code. As soon as I was on Oak Road I was directly behind the postal carrier. She was moving very slowly along the center double yellow line. I assumed she was about to turn left. But I was wrong. She stopped her truck in the middle of the road, in front of a mailbox (1336 Oak Road, Lilburn GA 30047) blocking traffic, got out, walked to the mailbox, opened it, inserted the mail, walked back to her truck. She moved forward 10 +/- feet to the next mailbox, repeating the process with a smirk on her face. I was shocked! There was already 12+ cars stopped behind me and only moved 20 feet. She just smiled, ignoring the backup of vehicles and traffic jam she was causing. If her method is appropriateI don't understand the reasoning. A waste of gas, time and mailbox placement for the postal carrier, tenants and anyone unfortunate enough to end up in the traffic it creates.

I called repeatedly to found out why a package was marked as “delivered” when in fact it wasn’t according to my security cameras. This place is a joke, they just let the phone ring and ring until it disconnects. USPS needs to be dissolved permanently. UPS and Fed Ex do a much better job.

Today April 27, 2021 at 10:30am I called the Lilburn Post Office 770-923-3391my call was answered on 2nd ring by Monique (sp?) . Monique, a very nice listener to my request and her response explained to me what was necessary for me to do a special pickup for Next Day Delivery to Savannah. I hope we all have the opportunity to give our "worker bees in all businesses an opportunity to show us their excellent and kind treatment and skills on their jobs.... sometimes we all have a little "off day happenings".... thank you for all feed back it helps us to grow personally and on our journey in life as well.

Today while at the Lilburn Post Office their was one clerk behind the desk. There were two people in line. I was told by another employee doing lobby duty that they could not do international packages today because it took too long. It was 3:30. I had to drive to another post office and wait in line a very long line. What the heck. The self serve kiosk was working, but does not do international packages. Get it together Gwinnett. How are they still in business?????

Worst service possible. It takes literally over an hour to get someone on the phone if it ever happens. I have filled complaints about missing mail and none have ever been followed up on. I get wrong mail several times a month, and neighbors bring me mine. Packages are marked as delivered when the carrier leaves the branch so I am notified that the package was left at my house before it is delivered! Usually it hours later and sometimes after dark. I don’t know if was already and stolen until I can find it. I have complained for years and they could not care less..

I actually got through to a real person, only to be put on hold for over an hour. (I have screen shots to prove it) I hung up and immediately called back before I could get the "user busy" I typically get when I call... someone picked up the phone and then quickly hung it up!!?? I called back a third time and got the "user busy". I have NEVER been able to get any questions answered via phone from this brach. Terrible customer service.

We have the same thing happen on our street. What's truly maddening is that, when our carrier delivers a package, she delivers it and all the day's mail to our front door. When she does this she never checks our actual mailbox for outgoing mail.

I have to share my great mail experience... I ordered 2 competition swim suits for my boys from the UK. I was receiving text notifications with tracking info. The package was at the North metro Atlanta facility on Friday at 4 am. They were swimming in the Gwinnett County Swim meet on Saturday. So I thought, what the heck I would go in to the Lilburn Post Office to ask if it comes in there could I pick it up so we would have the suits by Saturday. The lady there, named Sandra said it was not there yet but took my information and said she would call if it came in. She called later that evening and said my package was not there but maybe it would be there in the morning. I went back in and no luck, she said the mail was heavy that day and she would let me know if she found it. I went back again at 1:00, we had to be down at Ga Tech at 2:30. I had my boys with me and said this is the last shot of doing this if not, sorry. We got there and they were closed 😌. So sadly we were on our way out to the swim meet when a mail truck passed us, we followed her and got her to stop. She was our postal carrier!!! But not on the weekends. Darn, I just can’t win! But she knows our weekend carrier so she called him and he came to meet us at an intersection and gave us our package!! He said he had heard we were looking for it!! Thank you to those 3 great people who went above and beyond to get us our package. My boys were so happy and thankful and also had a great swim meet!

We also wanted the postage to be hand cancelled to prevent damage to the thick invitations. We were helped by Sondra G., who figured all the international shipping charges quickly, and allowed us to hand cancel the invitations. We were in and out in 30 minutes. Thanks, Sondra

The ABSOLUTE WORST Post Office in America. Forwarded my mail because I moved and the idiots continued to deliver mail to old address. I called and informed them that I had packages that were showing delivered to front porch and postmaster assured and promised me that he sent a carrier out to get this package. A week and a half later next door neighbor says package is still on the front porch. I have witnessed their carriers throwing packages onto people's front porch, leaving packages in the rain when there is a covered porch by front door, packages literally left on the curb leaning against my mailbox, and several other things! Horrible customer service and lazy, lazy, lazy! If you don't like your job quit! Do not punish the customer because your upset about your job sucking. Want more money get a new job, but if you wake up and go to work give it 100% and do your job!

My complaint is not againt the post office itself but against one of their mailman who delivers my mail. He is an older white male with tattoos all over hia arm. This man is absolute trash. He consistenly delivers the wrong mail to us (my neighbors, in whom one mail contained very personal info they were waiting for) and he leaves our mail exposed which at times have gotten wet in the rain duw to his laziness. And just yesterday as i was trying to put my dog away to receive a package from him, he abruptly drops my mail on the ground and walks away, without waiting for me to receive it. He never salutes anyone, always wears a scornful expression on his face and is just absolute filth in his lack of professionalism. I have now twice complained about him to this post office where he delivers from, bith times the supervisor having done nothing (my only complaint againt this post office tbh). I have lived in my neighborhood for 17 years and have never had any trouble like this with my past mailmen and women, so this ia not naggy person leaving a bad comment, this is a serious problem from a bad employee. Please fire this man before his mistakes ends up being costly to your office in the form of a lawsuit if he continues this bad behavior. Final warning.

This is by far the absolute worst post office I've ever dealt with. First, the mail comes at random times which makes it difficult to judge when to expect mail. Secondly, the mail often doesn't come at all. I had someone mail a check to me five days ago from Alpharetta and I have yet to get it. If coming from a different post office, I would have gotten it within one to two days. I've read reviews about this location and they all seem to state the same thing. No wonder the postal service is going out of business. Private companies do a much better job.

I mailed a Mother's Day card to my 95 year old mother last Thursday 5/5, 2 day mail, to be received on Saturday, May 7. She lives in an Assisted Living facility in Lexington, Ky. I talked to her on Mother's Day and she had not received it. I looked on line today and according to the tracking number it was still in route. I went to the Lilburn, GA post office today and asked if they could tell me what had happened to it and was told that it had been delivered to the wrong zip code and had been sent back and should be delivered by tomorrow, Tuesday, May 10. I am very irritated by two things. One, the fact that my card did not get delivered when I thought it would, and has still not been delivered, as far as I know. And, two, the reason I am writing this email, is because the clerk I talked to when asking why my card had not been delivered, had an attitude and was very uninterested. He couldn't have cared less! He was clerk #10, and the tracking no. is 9505 5117 6329 6126 3629 48. An apology would have been nice. I'm sorry I didn't get his name, hopefully clerk no. 10 will help. It was at 2:41 pm on Monday, 5/9.

I guess I am in the minority here, but the Lilburn, GA Post Office is AMAZING!! I spoke with the postmaster this morning and even spoke with our mail carrier. They were both as nice and accommodating as they could possibly be. I had a package that had an incorrect zip code and kept bouncing between Lilburn, Tucker and even Suwanee. Our mail carrier was able to track the package down and will deliver it with today's mail. She even provided her cell phone number for me. I wish more people took pride in their job like she does. She was very personable and truly wanted to help me. The postmaster is fairly new - just his 4th day at this location, but he was also extremely accommodating and personable. I am very happy with their service and am very grateful for their assistance.

We are on North River Drive. This is the third day in a month that we have not received our daily mail, nor had it picked up with the out-going flag raised, and it's 8:20 AM the next day now! Normally our mail comes in very late each day and misses to come many days. Our mail is in the mail box the whole day and a whole night. What's going on?This is too bad. I am expecting three mail and I leave the country tomorrow. This is the note I find in my tracking page "Notice Left (No Authorized Recipient Available)Mar-23-15, 15:38 PM, LILBURN, GA 30047 which is a false statement. Our whole family was in the house yesterday and also this mail is not a signature needed mail What is happening.

We are in the Scarlet Woods neighborhood. This is the second day in a month that we have not received our daily mail, nor had it picked up with the out-going flag raised, and it's 7:15 PM! It is not a good idea to leave mail overnight, so we are having to empty our mailbox after having the packages in our mailbox ALL DAY. What's going on? I could have taken it to the PO since it is pre-purchased post labels with the date on it. They better not give us flack for it being sent on another day besides the printout date!

I moved 5 months ago and of course we changed our address after 22 years in Lilburn. The person who bought our house has called us three times to say they have a bag full of mail for us. Right before Christmas we had 46 pieces of first class mail. I have called ,twice about this problem. Yesterday when I called I was put on hold for 15 minutes an I finally hung up. I called back after an hour or so and the line was busy. The line has now been busy for almost a day. This is TERRIBLE service and we wonder why people don't want to use the Post Office!!
