We were to have a package delivered today. It says delivered at mailbox. We were standing waiting for a delivery. This has to be in someone else's box. Absolutely inexcusable that nothing is done to expedite lobby waiting time. There is NO sense of urgency or efficiency in operation of the customer service desk. And even worse with current covid protocol. Further opportunity to drag their heels. A friendly smile is part of the job and appreciated(job well done), however productivity and customer processing need to get beyond a Mayberry mentality. For comparison see Chic-fil-A.
My package was supposed to deliver today and i waited hours for my package to arrive. I look at my tracking number and it says “held at post office at customer request”. i didn’t request for them to hold it. They delivered our other mail but failed to even deliver the one thing we were waiting for
My last two packages from Amazon have NOT been delivered! Tracking said I received an order today at 12:08 hasn’t been delivered! Two times. In December I had packages delivered here that were left here delivered to wrong address. I’m at 210 Montrose Way Court , LaGrange GA30240
I received a noticed for a certified letter but I work so I am not home. I go to the post office wait in a long line am told I have to wait until tomorrow to get my letter. But what if the letter is still in route tomorrow because again I work. So I call the 1-800 number my wait time is an Hour. Wow. I try the number to the post office the number is busy I can’t get through . I’m trying to ask that the postman leave my letter at the post office so I can pick it up because I WORK. I Can’t even get anyone on the phone. The robot that answers is annoying I just need a human to speak to. Very frustrating. The phone service is a zero.
The woman who delivers to the address at 2068 Whitesville Rd LaGrange GA 30240 is not a very nice lady. She throws the boxes in the garage items have been broken from her doing this! She complains repeatedly that she has to drive up their driveway to deliver packages. She complains about the trash container being to close to the mailbox when that is where the trash collectors told us to put it. She is rude & very disrespectful. Right now I am looking for a package I had purchased items from The Childrens Place & UPS gave it to USPS & is saying it was delivered but they are not able to find it?? Did the employee keep the package for herself or where did she put it because they cannot find it & I cannot reorder the purchase. My son & his family have never met a postal employee who is so rude so nasty & so mean when it comes to delivering items. This is her job!! I don't know her name if I did I would give it to you but I want the package that was supposedly delivered Thursday Sept 27, 2018 to be found & delivered to the home. Or I want the postal worker to go to the home find the package and put it on the steps where it belongs instead of throwing it into the garage like she normally does.

Yeah, how do you submit a complaint. The postman or post woman should leave a note in the mailbox when packages are dropped off at the front office of apartment complexes. It very time consuming when you waiting on a package and not know the front office has it. Some people have a career and do it professionally, some people just go to work to say they have a job, and some people just there for the check.
Good day! I could not allow the day to pass without letting someone know about the outstanding customer service extended to me today at the LaGrange, GA Post Office on Lafayette Parkway. I was scurrying in at the last minute with my package when suddenly I realized that I did not include the packing slip as requested by the receiving company. I had to open the box and then I could not get the box re-taped. As I ashamedly and embarrassedly walked to the counter, I explained my situation to the person at the counter. The person at the counter then asked for my boxed and taped it without incident. The male posted worker then asked if I knew the zip code to where my package was going as I had inadvertently omitted it. I began to scramble for my phone, totally disgusted with myself, but the postal worker looked it up for me before I could retrieve my phone from my purse. I, totally, appreciate the postal worker, Tony, for going above the call of duty to assist me today. Though I thanked him throughout my transaction, If anyone from the post office reads this, please thank him again for me.
