I appreciate him so much. I say I’m sorry for something, he says not a problem. Always smiling and helpful. Reed Creek area is very lucky to have him.

I am very disappointed with the way the elderly are treated by the Post Office Staff when a box needs to be moved due to handicap reasons. (an amputee and a wheelchair bound customer) The process is absurd!! I believe the paperwork filled out by the consumer and the physician with the physician signature should be all that is necessary. Your process has caused several trips to the post office and the doctor's office. Please rethink what you are doing to handicapped people and the elderly.

Your employee, Debbie, should be highly commended in that she aided us in trying to track a shipment that should have arrived in 2 days and ended up not being delivered for 22. She consistently kept in touch with me giving progress reports and even called again to ensure I knew the package had finally been delivered. She is a credit to the USPS and deserves my absolute praise as an employee. Thank you, Debbie.
