I am very upset for two weeks the person delivering my mail stuffs my mailbox With packages to the point.you can not shut the door. Several things are wrong here. 1. This is against the Post office Delivery rules. They are supposed to make sure your mail is secure ( my mom and aunt are both retired mail carriers) 2. They have shoved my mailbox so much that it has broken the seal to keep the rain out. 3. Since they have not been able to shut the door on mailbox it has rained and gotten everything wet. Including important papers. ( SO NOT PLEASED) YES , I have a bigger than normal mailbox because the previous had it. HOWEVER , this is no reason to stuff it. You have to do better than this. TAKE PRIDE IN YOUR JOB FOR YOU.

Seems like every time I get more that one package at a time they both get marked delivered but there is only one actually delivered. At this point the drivers are simply stealing packages.

Don't try to use the phone number above. People pick up but do not speak to you. You will have better results going directly to the post office to speak to someone.

I’m making a complaint about not getting some of my mail. I have oversized mail where it can’t be scan according to informed delivery supposed to be coming to me & I’m not getting them. I have checked with the providers & I’m on their mailing lists. Example: Kroger, Food Lion, Bed Bath & Beyond etc which has coupons. Today I got my regular 2 pieces of mail but not the package which it says I’m suppose to get it today but NO package. This has been going on for a while & I would like to know what’s going on. My sister who lives on Sandhill Rd gets her mail from the providers I listed above & she lets me know when she gets her so I can look for mine.please I would like a respond in this matter.

I stayed on the phone for 46 minutes until speaking to a woman named Akeesha, I asked the steps I needed to take in order to set up a new home post mailbox. Her response was extremely rude and down right degrading. I’m baffled by how someone who’s supposed to be customer support ends up being a complete ass out of herself. Good job US postal service.
