Please be advised that on Sun., 1/14/2024 many of our postboxes were found open with contents exposed.
So far, we have not heard of any thefts.

Mail carrier can never seem to close our mailbox. It’s pouring down rain, they leave the mail at the front of the Mailbox, and leave it wide open. Any other time they put the mail all the way to back. This happens all the time! Tried to call about it but the phone just rings and rings.
Mail person just come down our drive way. Threw our package out the window and said their it is and drove off. It was a lady. If I could and not get in trouble I would have dragged her out of that truck. That is not right at all. Know they are busy but doesn't excuse rudeness and accountability. 😡
I called 2 different Gainesville Post Offices . It ring rings rings ,,,no answer then says call back later. My tax dollars at work. I know you dont care ...but am sending anyway. Pathetic.
We live at 7219 ironwood drive and we constantly get other people’s mail which we have to notify neighbors so my question is how many people have our mail at times. We understand it happens but here lately really getting out of hand. Just today next door neighbors mail was in our mailbox
This is not a new problem. I’ve lived here in the 30506 code and it happened a lot. I got so tired of it happening I stopped the mail carrier on the way out because once again they delivered somebody else’s mail to me. I told them look at the entire address not just the number. After that they put a sticker on the inside of the mail box saying duplicate address number. It’s happened to at least half of our subdivision which is only 50 homes. It got a little better but here it is 2021 and it still happens. You call the main post office but they don’t care.

The mail carrier NEVER checks to see if I have outgoing mail. Only will stop if I have incoming mail. I put a birthday card in the mailbox 3 days ago, for my daughter, and as of today there it sits not picked up and no incoming mail. My mailbox is all brick with no flag, but how long does it take to check for outgoing mail, 10 seconds? Unacceptable, 404-310-4650

I work for a company where we have small mail boxes and have alot of mail daily. I request carrier pick up in my office and for some reason the post office can't seem to get their crap together and pick it up. It is very unprofessional to say the least.
yes since getting our new carrier i am getting other peoples mail daily and sometimes my mail ends up in the neighbors box while their mail ends up in mine...this is very unproffessional..would like answers
We used to have a very conscientious carrier servicing the Timberidge neighborhood until the last week or so. Now we have a carrier that wants to use our streets as a race track, speed limit is 20 MPH through out the subdivision, and not stop for out going pick up flags.
