I found my pkg thrown on the ground by the mail box. Is this the way we have SERVICE now?

Several times I have been called by people here in Columbus and Fortson that mailed letters to my PO Box at Fortson saying the mail was returned as no such address or insufficient...... when they would hand deliver the envelop it was all perfectly fine. The USPS is about the worst way to sent mail. The postal employees have a dont care attitude most of time and they never have correct information. Pass the buck is always their policy.
