Postal Locations

Phone has been disconnected so can't call to inquire when I can pick up my package. The 800 number is all but useless unless you want to get your free covid test or get supplies. This office is pretty much useless to me if they can't deliver a package or wait for someone to answer the door to sign. Now have to go there in person to stand in line and get told to come back the next day.

These mf never answer ! my stuff shows it there but they calming its not well u best to fkn find it then tf yall be doing in there looking at the dang phone ring

I am sick and tired of my mail carrier jamming packages and mail in my box. My address is 111 Lori Lane Fort Valley. She drives a dark colored Jeep. She has one more time and I will come to the post office and file a formal complaint.

Bad services, calls not answered just a bunch if idiots running this postoffice

Worst post office Service ever!!!! Guy behind the counter just kept saying “I am not your mail carrier”. The mail was on hold, the carrier had nothing to do with the mail. It should have been held inside the post office. And no one answers the phone when you call.

Amazon says a package was delivered 12/7 to my mailbox via USPS. The tracking number is :9374889728009061437904 . I did not receive this package. Please help me find out what happened to it.

Purchased something and it was NEVER DELIVERED to my address. Called the Post Office and the gentleman told me that the lady that delivered the package delivered it to the person next door.I replied why would she deliver there when that's not the address listed on the package I asked to speak with the manager.Good luck with that. I stayed on the phone a whole hour and he NEVER came to the phone they finally disconnected me.I honestly believe the postal worker kept my package and its sad 😥 .Even though the worker says she left the package in my neighbors mailbox,I know the package was too large to fit in the box,she was too lazy to get out of her vehicle and leave the package 📦 at my door.This is the 2nd time I've had to run around town searching for my package.This is a mess!

I did a change of address on 6/2/20. I haven't receive something that's important to my survival which was mailed out on 6/30/20. Why won't noone answer the phone to resolve my problem? Terrible

2 times this year I have NOT received my item on Sunday, but postal worker said it was. Address said it was delivered to 608 madison place parkway byron ga. This person either needs an eye exam, quit going so fast, or be fired. Other people in my neighborhood has had the same problem. No problem with regular delivery during the week.

We have had a terrible problem with mail delivery. They have a female carrier who stuffs the mailbox with oversize packages, you can't even open the mailbox door, not to mention it ruins what was shipped to you. She leaves the mail box door wide open to the world and to the weather. I had cameras installed and recorded this woman drive up into my yard and clean out her car on my lawn. If she could drive up that close to clean out her car, why couldn't she deliver the large packages to the door. This person actually cleaned all the trash from her car and dumped it on my lawn. Concerning the crushed shipping cartons, I originally had a smaller mail box, so I bought a larger one thinking this would help, it didn't, everything still gets crushed.

NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!! I have a package that the tracking number says it is out for delivery on Dec 18, 2018... It's Jan 7, 2019 and I still don't have it. The sender spoke to someone who said they would get back to her and I spoke to someone who said they would get back to me.... After calling 1000 times and letting the phone ring for minutes at a time.

No one will answer the phone at Fort Valley office. I have been receiving other people's mail and have not been receiving some of mine including my monthly bills from Windstream and others. This has to stop. I have had to pay two payments at one time to some of my creditors because of this. This has been going on for a long time..
