I've had many problems with the Ellijay USPS. I have a neighbor with the same initials as me, our mail is constantly mixed up. This is obviously problematic, as there is potentially sensitive information and packages going to the wrong people.

Our mail service delivery has been great! Also, our experience at the post office has been excellent. The postal employees have always been very helpful, courteous and professional We appreciate them very much.

I live in a private community of about 30 homes 10 miles west of Ellijay ,,, during the Last 6 months or so our Postal delivery service has gotten increasingly worse and worse .. Constantly Mail delivered to WRONG addresses when Most of the Boxes are Clearly marked... I have found pieces of mail along the Road more than once .. And again today I got a Piece of mail returned to me addressed to one of my neighbors that has been floating around in the system somewhere for 3 weeks .... this is also a common occurrence.... Getting really tired of this ... I do not want to see a person lose their job. How about some proper training for these carriers.????????

@Industrial BLVD. Ellijay,Ga. Does anyone have another contact # for the listed office above? I have been in the hospital for a mont and half and have nobody close enough to check it. I’m paid up through May. I will be out by then, but the number above is always busy and I cannot find any options to leave a voicemail or communicate to them. Any suggestions would be very appreciated!!! Respectfully, Renter

Second complaint-2 other additional mail envelopes put in your mail box by street, over 4 weeks ago have still not been delivered. What is going on with this post office?

I have a complaint, please let me know whom to send it to? I put letters in the box in front of your location over 10 days ago, and to date they have not been received. Both were local, one was for Talking Rock, the other in Atlanta. Why do local posted letters take over 10 + days to arrive? Are they lost? where are my letters going to arrive?

I come to the post office to deliver 20+ packages from work Monday through Friday between 2 pm and 4 pm and the same people are at the window every time I arrive. I asked a man for a cart and my usual wait time is about 5 minutes. No big deal but more and more people came into the post office and I, a reoccurring customer, was forgotten. I stood there where they could see me for 25 MINUTES. Also, the lady at the window saw me standing there waiting for a cart and not once asked if I was helped. We have also asked for a pick up service and we were denied because "we are too close to the post office." This is a poor excuse for a postal service.

Just wanted to let you know that the postal carrier for my address delivered my weekly TV guide magazine to someone other than myself. 491 Misty Valley Ln, 30536. This is the third time I'll have to purchase a replacement.

I subscribe to TV Guide Magazine for $20 and so far this year 3 have not been delivered or as I suspect were delivered to another address. So I've had to purchase 3 for $5 each. I believe they are going to 491 Blackberry Mountain since I've received mail intended for that address numerous times. The difference in them and me is that I put their mail back in a PO Box for another try to get to them. Obviously they do not do the same with my mail. I've checked with Tv Guide about this issue and their website shows the date the guides are mailed. I have never had the problems with mail service until I moved to Ellijay. This is not acceptable!

It has got to the point in the last couple of months that the mail carrier does not bother running the route in our subdivision at times. I know of at least three times we got skipped. I have had important letters that never got delivered, and mail that I was expecting either was late or never came at all. I've had to pay late charges on a credit card bill I never got. I never had any problems in the 15 years that we have lived here until recently. I hate to complain but this is really becoming a problem.

Wondering if we are in the same neighborhood or route... sometimes we go a couple of days without any mail at all and then the next day the box will be full.
