They are the worst about losing mail I've got two very important mail pieces that is lost and I got to have them I don't know what to do but I won't be happy until someone is fired. They don't have a option for a zero star but that's what they deserve.

I just would like to say thank you to my mail carrier. I came home and my dog was tied around the post of my front porch, which was wild because he's posted around back. On my package they have left me a note telling me he was loose when they pulled up, so they were able to secure him so he did not get hit by a vehicle! (I live very close to a highway). Way to go above and beyond, we appreciate you!

Woke up to our yard completely torn up. Our wood used where they got stuck. Now one bothered to come get us to let us know or even leave a note apologizing. Now we are having to spend money to fix our yard because no one wanted to let us know they were stuck.

I order from Amazon and alot of other places with FedEx and ups all unopened with postal my packages is all ways open this needs to stop my packages are for me not for you to see what is in them sometimes yall tape back up didn't even tape up today

12/28/2020 we had no mail delivery! We normally get out mail by 3:30 recently it’s been 6-7 p.m.

I had a package sent to Raleigh on 12/18 by 1 day express, guaranteed delivery by 3 PM on 12/19 or my money back. My son still hasn't received it. I t sat in the Raleigh distribution center from 9:48 12/19 until 12/20 today. I have no idea where it is, but I do know it's late and will never get there sitting at the distribution center, so I will be expecting the USPS to be issuing me a refund. I would have rather had the package delivered as promised. I'll see you Monday morning
