My postal delivery person needs to be informed that "if my flag is out" it means I have mail to be picked up. This has happened on a few occasions when I apparently do not have mail to receive so he just passes my mail box without picking up the mail. I do not understand this... Earlier I placed a "Mail hold" as my wife and I would be travelling for the week... we arrived home on a Sunday and all of our mail was in the box for the entire week... Please inform him to "look" at least and see if there is mail to pick up... my wife works from home and I am retired... Why is the mail not being picked up???

I have sent 2 letters to my niece inLake Monroezip coderoblem. Monroe Lake RD instead of Lake Monroe Rd. I have tried to call in order to find out she why they have not been returned to me because she has not received them. No one will answer the telephone to help correct this problem. I live out of state.

My mail was left at my garage in the rain when I have a fully covered front porch. My mail is now ruined due to sitting in the rain for hours.

I submitted a change of address 4 weeks ago and have yet to get any mail forwarded. Calling to follow up on it only gets me hung up on and blocked from calling back, so I filled out an online change of address only to be charged $24.99 for the Douglasville post office to process this form. WHAT!?!?!?!?! WTF is going on with the mail at this location?!?

I completed an address change 11/21/2020. We are at our new address & so far, no forwarded mail. I have also gone personally to the Winston P.O., called the Stewart Pkwy. P. O., left a note in mailbox for mail carrier. What else can I do to get my mail? My husband needs meds. Dealing with this has by far been the hardest part of our move! WHY does this need to happen?

Good afternoon I’m try to ask about the mail delivery because the tracking number I was given for my package says it’s been out for delivery for 4 straight days and I’m trying to see if y’all just don’t deliver mail everyday because it’s ridiculous

A letter carrier working for USPS in Douglasville GA left a package leaning against my mailbox post, right on the road, less than a foot from the pavement. My mail box can't be seen from my front door. Had I not been returning from the store, l would not known the package was there. Anyone could have stolen it, e.g., kids walking home from school. Shouldn't the carrier have delivered it to my front. steps? They have been doing so in the past. Doesn't this particular carrier need more training and/or some kind of discipline for not following the rules?

I have had a package delivered too the wrong house and now my case has been closed. I do not think this is right, I did not make this mistake or the person who sent the package. It is a federal offense to keep a package. I do not think everything was done too retrieve the package.
