LAST. YEAR IN MARCH 2022 MY LOCKER WAS BROKEN INTO SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS OF MERCHADISE STOLEN. IT IS NOW JULY 2023 STILL HAVE NO RECEIVED MY REFUND FOR MY MERCHANDISE. I HAVE TALKED TO POSTMASTERS OVER AND OVER. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY A FEDERAL BUILDING WITH CAMERAS IN THE LOBBY IS TAKING SO LONG TO HANDLE THIS PROBLEM. I PAY FOR MY BOX JUST EVERYONE ELSE BUT STILL WILL NOT PAY ME FOR MY STOLEN MERCHANDISE. WHY IS THAT?
The delivery people must be complete idiots because we have had stuff sent twice from Amazon and both times it was delivered to the wrong address. When we did go to find the packages at the wrong place the employee there told us she told the mail person to take it to the hotel across the way where we are staying and they couldn’t even be troubled to do that. Apparently these people don’t know how to read an address anymore and are too lazy to deliver it to the correct place. I’m not surprised because it’s a government entity. It is falling apart and failing endlessly.
This office sucks. I had the same driver for years and my mail was delivered every day. Now it's a different person and they'll wait a few days before delivering my mail. So then I'll get everything at once. Which sucks when it's bills are something I paid extra for and holding mail is illegal.
By far the worst. They deliver to the wrong address ALL THE TIME. They NEVER answer the phone. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST POSTAL SERVICE. This location should be shut down if they can not get their act together.
We live at 826 Dixie Road Covington Ga 30014 . The mail person or persons are leaving large packages in our mailbox and literally squeezing them in that we can hardly get them out. This has happened several times and it is uncalled for. Tell the mail carrier to not put anymore large packages in our mailbox. They can drive up to the house and put it on the porch. Thank you! I tried calling the post office and they never answered and no VM.
The tracking system says my package was delivered 7/27/22 but, I have not received it. I don't know if it was delivered to someone else or what. The tracking # is 1Z811369YW20737110. This happens a lot with our carrier. Please advise me what happened.
City of Covington mailed out our utility bills on the 13th of this month, and none of them hve been delivered. There are 44 apts here, and none have received their bills. We would like to know what happened to them. I called the Post office and they told me to get in touch with ya'll, as they had mailed all of them out.
Order #9274890289107308369957 was delivered to somewhere, to someone. But, not to me. It was from an amazon order that states it was delivered Monday the 24th. I will be watching out for my mailman today and find out where it went. Someone needs to find my package.
We are not getting any mail. In three days we have only gotten I thing an AARP magazine. Our regular mail carrier is not coming. There is a substitute. Have we gotten another new carrier. This will be 4 or 5 in the past 10 years. I know things are rough but the mail is important especially when you are a senior. Thanks
Need the post lady to leave things on my porch, not by the garage, Everything getting wet. Who do that, We told her if the garage is up she can put the large boxes in the garage, She setting in the rain.
I never receive my packages or mail at times . When every morning I get a email showing what’s coming in the mail. After I did a change of address with the same zip I have had mail send back the sender without trying to mail it to me. On today I seen a package was coming which my carrier did not put in my mail I went to find him told and show that I suppose had a package with my mail he say 1st they mite showing that they scan it I told him no it showed it was out for delivery at 9 am this morning then he say well I haven’t seen it then and they mite put it with another carrier. I call the office which I feel they have the worst customer service in history. She told me she will call him well before I can get all the way in the house good guess who show up saying it was misplaced in the mail truck. The head postal service need to check into this local post office because it’s something weird going on with them. N I will be make a complaint
Twicw this week i have had problems with my mail the first time a representative stated that it may just be late when the piece in question was actually put in a neighbor's mailbox then yesterday I was notified that the piece in question now was picked up by individual at post office at 5pm while I was at work so I'm guessing they just let people pick up mail without checking ID or signing for ir
You guys said you delivered a package and I requested for it to be held at the post office for puck up. On the site in which I track my packages you said you tried to at 6:04 pm. No one rang my bell no one attempted to call my phone. I'm beyond frustrated at this point. I call the office no one ever answers. I will be filing a complaint with the USPS HEADQUARTERS.

I want to say i have tried to reach out to the mail man and this is just out of control, i get my neighbors mail all the time, and i think its just out of control important documents are being given to the wrong address.
I want to say that my PO Box - I cannot open. I could only get there after 5pm because I work. I heard a few workers in the back. I went to the back of the Post Office and one of the workers came out. I asked and pleaded with her that my mailbox was jammed and I only wanted to get my mail - could she open it? She said, "I'm off the clock, you can ask someone in the Post Office." She drove off. I kept repeatedly ringing the bell and no one came. Instead they turned OFF THE LIGHTS as if they weren't there and they were! Awful customer service at Covington. I just called and the line was busy or no one answers. Something needs to be done about this!
I have a package that arrived in this location 2 days ago and keeps updating as "arrived in covington 30014" every day since. It is absolutley unacceptable. I've tried to call several times and everytime I get notifications that the line is busy. This package was paid to be at my home yesterday and now there is not update when it will arrive. I'm extremely converned that we want to mail our votes in but we cant get packages delivered correctly!
I was notified Wednesday July 24 at 4:58 pm that my package was delivered at/in my mailbox when I got home later that evening around 8pm IT WAS NOT there. Of course I thought someone stole it. However I went to my neighbors house right across the street from who happened to have a doorbell with a camera. As I watch the footage there was NO mailtruck to come to my home that day or even Thursday! but the package was marked delivered??? So I called the local branch office and opened up a case. I was then told that the carrier could have mis delivered my packed at another home because it is a duplicate address. I was told the carrier was going to the home where she could have delivered it to see if the package was delivered there and get it to me. Well of course the person stated they did not get the package. So now im told to file a claim. Now mind you through all of this I am just completely shocked that this type of mistake would happen. And the custome service at this place is horrible! There is no professionalism or empathy expressed to the consumer. The item in that package is worth $400! No I didn't purchase any insurance for the package, in this case I shouldn't have too! and should be reimbursed the full amount!
I subscribe to the Rockdale/Newton Citizen. The last few months the delivery of the paper has been terrible. I just got Sat 9-1 issue on Tues 9-4. I know the paper cannot have been at fault all these times. Has also been hard to get postman to pick up wrongly delivered mail even tho its in the box. Wish LaVell was back. She was wonderful.
Still not getting paper on time....well, did get Weds 9-26 on time along with Sat 9-22 !!!! Delivery problems will probably cost paper a subscription. Does any one read these?

Our mail driver runs by our mailbox doing 90 to nothing something needs to be done to her she is a black lady driving the mail truck she goes down North Lake Drive like they was no houses at all when she comes out of Northlake she does not turn right to go down to those mailboxes she turns left back on Morningside Drive and goes up to the first road on the right goes out that way how do I go about talking to somebody about reporting her this is not only the first time she has done this it makes about 200 time I'm sick and tired of her doing this something needs to be done to her before she hits a child I have reported it to the police department and they don't seem to do want to do their job where I came from Paulding County they done their job and the mail carrier would never ever do something like this please do something about your mail carrier at 375 Morningside Drive the only people that get mail here is Charles and Joyce canup nobody else thank you and God bless you
Customer service is almost negligent at the post office on Stallings Street. With only a handful of clients on an early Monday morning, postal workers chat and joke with one another and see no urgency to efficiently wait on clients. I live in the UAE a large part of the year. The caliber of service was similar to what I experience in the Middle East. We should not wonder why America isn’t great anymore.
I live on Trelawney PLACE and we are having trouble sometimes with the carrier who does not securely close our mailboxes. If they would just push the flap securely into place it would be greatly appreciated. I am not sure if any of my mail is missing. Thanks!!
On Friday, 9/2/2016, I received my credit card statement and the envelope was partially opened where my credit card number was visible. I want to register a complaint and a report of potential credit card fraud.
