I have not received mail in 3 days. Not even my weekly newspaper that was sent. Delivery person said no papers received this week. Published phone number is not good.

I've lived in FL & GA and at least 5 different addresses. The Cleveland Post Office is the most efficient & friendliest that I have ever dealt with.

I went to check my mail box on Dec 23rd. I was very disappointed to find a package pickup slip in there. I had been home all day. Of course the post office was closed. But in the slip it reads, "sorry we missed you". I remember when the postal carriers actually got out of their vehicles and hand you the package especially when they knew it was Christmas. But I have not ever been deliver a package unless it could be mashed in the mailbox. So y'all closed at 12 and we cannot get out packages. That is not a demonstration of community kindness which used to be priorty. Just like when Mike would deliver packages in Christmas. What a kind hearted act to display and it made the post office look good. You may want to rethink the slip or deliver the packages. I do not need a reply regarding this message. Merry Christmas and I mean that! I love my postal people. I just think we need an overhaul on this issue. Thank you.
