Wonder if you could do me a favor. Several of my shipments have been heading toward Chatsworth Calif. and then turned around but it delays them and some wear and tear. I think it is just a matter of telling the Atlanta folks that there is a Chatsworth Georgia up here. :)
I am absolutely LIVID!!!! Waiting on a package that was “ out for delivery” all day… I finally get fed up and check the mail only to find my box is stuffed with my neighbor’s mail and my mail nowhere to be found!!!! This is the third time my mail has been not delivered or delivered to the wrong address. Tracking still says out for delivery at 9pm ( clearly it’s not) someone needs to lose thier job for the repeated incompetence. No excuse for it!!!!!
Im really upset right now! One of yalls drivers that drives a yellow Jeep ran over and killed both of our dogs. She paused and then went on. What a heartless person! Im tired of them flying in our driveway! My mom is so upset, but yalk dont care! Yalls drivers suck!
This is the THIRD time we’ve had mail delivered to the wrong address. We had a package shipped and it went to the wrong address TWICE now. We’ve had to go searching for our mail and packages. I’m beyond annoyed and shocked that this has happened so many times. I still haven’t found the package that should have been delivered yesterday. You can’t get anyone to answer when you call either so that’s nice. Fully expecting to go down on Monday to get this resolved, but for workers to deliver mail to other addresses? Extremely dangerous. Who knows what mail I’m missing or if it’s important.
Expected a package that was out for delivery according the tracking information.
Saw the mail lady stopping at our mailbox but did not come in the driveway to deliver the package, picked the mail up out of the mailbox.
Went back online to see what the deal was with the package, it told me now “NO ACCESS (Delivery Attempted - no access to delivery location).
This is a bold face lie, she is to freaking lazy to deliver it and to get out of the car, we had issues before with this lady that we found our mail in the woods because she had thrown it on the front porch instead of putting regular mail in the mailbox.
Nobody answers the phone and my packages have been delivered or stolen today 5/25/2021. I'm calling higher ups in the postal service and requesting investigation and removal of the postmaster in Chatsworth Georgia immediately
Trying to complete a change of address online and form says I need to verify address. Calling for 2 days and no one picks up. Not very good service and very frustrating as it's 1/2 hour drive to Chatsworth to go in person
Mail is regularly delivered to this address. Why does it need verification?
The package shows "Delivered", but it was not. They have not answered the phone for days. I guess I'll have to go up there in person. This is not the first time I've had a missing package and no response.
Received a letter from Tennessee that was supposed to have my spare house key in it here in Eton, Ga and I received the letter in the mail today and the corner of the envelope is ripped off and key missing.... I'm not Happy at all...
