Your mail carrier just did this to our mail box.
He must have done it with the mirror on the van as he realized he had a package too big for mail box and backed up. I have contacted our HOA and they asked mo to contact you directly. He did not leave a note or contact us regarding the situation. Mike Owen at # 44 Buckmeadow Circle, 31525
Most people are inclined to write a complaint about a service but do not write positive reviews. I asked to pick up my package from the Brunswick postal office instead of it being delivered. The agent at the Post Office was very nice and went into the back to retrieve my package. I have never had any issues with the staff at this Post office.
The postal delivery person who delivers to Jekyll Island is taking (stealing) fruit from the fruit tree in our front courtyard. We have him on video camera taking fruit. He does not have permission to take or pick anything from our yard or courtyard. Please address this issue immediately!!
You just delivered 5 packages addressed to 5 different addresses to my house. Everything is clearly marked. 136 Coral Dr. (mine). 108 Coral, 124 Coral, 128 Coral & 164 Coral Dr. I've tried to contact my neighbors. I'm not happy.
RE: New Hope MHP mail. We had this problem of not getting certain pieces of mail in February, the maintenance people did not start delivering door to door until you removed the mailboxes the first part of APRIL. In fact we had this problem before the current regular carrier took this route, the current carrier has done a good job. You need to look at your substitutes closely. I know you have methods of dicovering which carriers are sending the most back to senders, and I would ask you to do that, find out which among your SUBS is sending back the most. I'm having to contact my people to get my address reinstated in their systems because one of your subs sent my mail back, which kicked me out of the system with these certain ones. Like my bank. Like my Social Security,like with DFACS. Your sub deciding to take it upon them selves to send back my mail caused this problem. NOT THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE!
Just reported my package being opened and contents stolen out of it I have insurance but this is the second time brunswick post office has stolen my packages... It's a violation pf the 4th amendment to go though peoples mail!
I moved here from Connecticut almost 2 months ago I still get my prescription mail down to me from family I had to go without my medicine for almost 2 weeks because the tracking number said it was supposed to be slated to be delivered on the first of May and I did not receive my meds until the 5th of May just let the postal woman know that if I do see her I'm having a beat down with her I get informed delivery email every day on what's supposed to be in my mailbox and 90% of it isn't delivered now I see why Trump wanted recounts with mail in balance I hate Trump but now I see why because your postal carriers are taking the letters to be mailed and ditching them somewhere I mean I can see if it was Connecticut where real mail people walk to mailboxes and not drive up to the mailboxes
This is the second time this week that my packages have not been picked up from my house. I have a standing pickup order for pickup everyday yet every time my regular mail man is off my packages are not picked up. I even have a sign inside my mailbox stating to pick up packages on the front porch and leave the mail in the basket and the relief carrier ignores the sign and places the mail in the box anyway and does not go to the front porch to pick up the packages. I've complained to the post office to no avail. Yesterday I called to report packages not picked up again and the message says the PO is closed and gives a 800askUSPS phone number which just informs you to go to the USPS website...you can't talk to a person. Today I have called 12 times (I'm not kidding!) and the phone just rings and then cuts off after ringing for 3 minutes. This unacceptable from the local post office.
My mail was placed on hold by an unauthorized person...after spending days trying to get an answer at the local office and emails sent i finally get someone to answer the phone and he assured me my mail was taken off hold and would be delivered today 1/15/21. Yet the carrier said it is in fact still being held. SO FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS, still not mail and i have spent 3 hrs already today trying to speak to someone! Clearly there is a customer service issue with the Brunswick, Ga. postal service!
HORRIBLE SERVICE - Issues with our address when we opened our Business. Not only have we had our mail go to the jail or sent back but We have had the same outgoing mail in our mail box for 3 days now. If you call the Brunswick Gloucester Center, the phone rings & then goes to a busy beeping noise. Inexcusable !!!!!. Its not like they are extremely busy and can't answer the phones. I've been in there and seen that they won't answer.
I’m trying to find a way to report a missing package
Through tracking it says it was delivered on September 16, 2020 however the package in question has never been received
I also have a package through informed delivery that says it was disposed of by the USPS
I can’t report this on the USPS Website, as it offers no avail
I am phoning the Brunswick Downtown Gloucester St, located in Glynn county Brunswick, GA
And I started calling at 4:35pm while the phone just rings and rings
Hours of operation shows M-F 8-5
This is absolutely ridiculous
I have been looking for 2 packages for a month
I just wonder how many more of my packages y’all have lost or disposed of during my online shopping through the COVID crisis

I had important mail, bills, that were delivered to the wrong address on Kemble Avenue in Brunswick. This most recent incident was just last week. This is the second incident in the last two months where I know a complaint was made. My neighbors two doors down were not getting their mail properly delivered then. I have called your phone number and followed the directions, and the line just rang with no answer during your business hours.
We are very disappointed in the service that we are receiving. The mail boxes are being left unlocked and residents personal mail is being exposed. This has happened so many times, that we have no choice but to complain. We ask that this issue is addressed and resolved immediately.
