We ordered from Amazon. Got a msg online saying that they tried to deliver on Sat but our gate was closed. Went to our local Morganton, Georgia post office today and they said that only the BlueRidge post office delivered packages. They were not only rude because I had no tracking number for USPS because we ordered from Amazon!! Opened our gate at 9am This morning. It’s been open all day. Just got a notice from Amazon that the postal service tried to redeliver at 4:48 pm. Also told Amazon that it was not able to deliver at 11:48 am . Gate was open. That’s a lie!!!! Not only was gate open and still is but we were sitting on the porch!! Called Amazon and got tracking number but your automated does not recognize. No wonder you are going broke. Poorest service ever!! I even asked Morganton post office if they could hold packages amd I’d just pick up, mind you get counter was full Of Amazon packages. Her rely to me was no. Tomorrow I am to receive a medical Boot that I have to have from Amazon!! Please check with you BlueRidge location and inform them of lying personal. My husband will be there as well.

To post master Blue Ridge post office. I wish to reach out to you asking you to give thanks to the carrier who works Cherry Log route on Sundays. Sick of these people they are a complete joke! They always tell me they cannot deliver my mail because of my dog which are chained up behind the house! They also lie and tell me they left a pink slip but don’t and then complain about it! They also leave my mail box open to where my mail comes out of my mail box! Ive brought up the issue to mike but nothing seems to change!!

The Blue Ridge branch is a joke, confirming what other people are saying. When you call, the phone rings and rings and rings and then goes to a full voice mail box before you are rudely disconnected. The carriers in my area are lazy, they refuse to deliver packages to my residence if they don't fit in the mail drop center, they lie about package delivery attempts by saying an attempt was made, when it wasn't. Tracking numbers go missing with no explanation as to where they have gone, then they come up with some flimsy excuse to sweep their investigation under the rug. it's a complete and utter joke.

Tracking package indicated that it was at Blue Ridge post office yesterday am 1/28/21..today when mail delivered no package. At this time we also waiting on another package to be delivered. I waited for the mail truck to come back down the street and ask her about the packages..”well I do not think I have any for you oh wait a minute here is one ! “ but she did not have the one that was tracked at post office yesterday am! She then said send me a text with tracking no and I will will check at post office. She gave her phone no to do this.

I have called multiple times a day for over a week. You can NEVER GET ANYONE to answer the phone. It always rolls to a message" out of memory". They only list one number.

New carrier on my route 105 Anvil Ct Morganton Sucks. Three times he said mail undeliverable, we were home. Had mail stopped 12/23/2020 to 1/2/2021 mail delivered 3 days call Post Office in Blue Ridge on Monday 12/28/2020 and the said they would make sure the carrier would hold the mail, well guess what mail was delivered the next day the 29th. Called the Post Office for two hours on the 30th they never answered it was between 12:15 and 2:15 pm. I have medication mailed that does not meet to be left in the mail box. I’m thankful my neighbor has been watching out for me or no telling we’re my mail might be. I’m really ticked off with the incompetence of the Blue Ridge Post Office. For the last 10 our postman Grady was the best anyone could ask for. Now we have Crap.

My mail is constantly given to another address that starts with the same number but has a different road name. Today, I am out my son's cake topper and his birthday party is 2 days away and I have no time to order anything else. I am so upset and have been in tears. I can't ever get anyone to answer at the post office. I have expressed that my mail is constantly given to someone else and nothing is done about it and I am looked at like a complaining client.

I’ve been trying to have an issue resolved with this branch for over a month now. I purchased a vehicle and was waiting for the tag to be delivered. I filled out a change of address form and spoke to the branch to ensure they hold the tag and forward my vehicle tag after the 7-10 day process. I’ve been calling and calling (the branch, the postal service hotline, customer care, and they all pass me around and tell me they can’t help me, just to visit the branch or check the mailbox of my old address - which I don’t have the key to. We moved and I returned the keys to the owner. The owner has not notified me of any mail. My tag expires today, and I am unsure of who can get this issue resolved. I’ve contacted the tag office and they say they can’t help until someone turns in my tag.

Our regular carrier is wonderful. When he is out on the job, we have no complaints. However he has been out for a number of weeks. We have had some of the similar problems as other people have stated. Our substitute carrier jams as much as possible into the box. We live about a quarter of a mile from our mailbox; it is well out of site. We have had packages left on the ground many times. We have received notices that delivery was attempted numerous times. This is very hard to believe since we are always home. The people in Blue Ridge just seem to don’t care about customer service. They just give a cursory glance to see if they can find our package.

My regular carrier is the laziest human being I have ever seen. Asking him to get out of his care is like asking Moses to part the sea. Last week he he forced an Amazon package into my mail bow that did not fit. I had to cut the box aprt just to get it out of my mail box. Today, he just threw a package in the dirt, next to my mail box. My box is 175 yards away from my house , and cannot be seen from the house. With the rash of porch pirates cruising he area; you would think he could at least put packages on the porch. Call to complain? Impossible; the line is always busy. These people make an outrageous amount of money; they should find somebody capable of making proper deliveries.

I love Everyone here @Blue Ridge PO. Always kind an ready to help U out. They now serve 9ur Morganton area. We have a Morganton PO an a Mineral Bluff PO. My PO box 8s in Mineral Bluff an live these guys to. All of them go above and beyond there job an R friendly an very helpful. GOD bless each of U

As stated below there I have had several issues with the subs working out of the Blue Ridge PO. When my regular carrier is working everything is wonderful. But when she isn't working its a crap shoot. Latest example I ordered something from Amazon and it was delivered yesterday on Sunday. Could have been left in the mail box, (small package) but was brought to the door. Very much appreciated. I was also scheduled to receive a delivery from Amazon today it was a computer. Tracking info states Delivery attempted - mailbox was full. This was not true. There was no attempt to deliver because the package came out of Blue Ridge and would not have been delivered before 12PM. What irritates me is I continue go to Blue Ridge post office to complain and all I get is we are sorry. I know USPS has a contract with Amazon so this may be a breech of contract not sure don't care. What I care about is carriers (subs) falsifying the tracking info. This has to stop. I would not be surprised if this isn't fraud. If you can't or don't want to deliver the package then just tell me in the tracking were to get it.

I have noticed my mail for the last 3 months has been consistently getting later for delivery - up and into the 6 p.m. hour. Now, mail that is normally delivered to me on Fridays has been getting to me on Saturdays. What is the problem at the Blue Ridge GA location to make this unnecessary? Are the officials forcing citizens to obtain mailboxes?!!!! I know they want to up the price for stamps but it seems the service is getting worse. WHO ELSE CAN THIS BE REPORTED TO?

Have you ever tried to call the Blue Ridge PO? You could reach the White House easier! Their phone is either busy or it rings and then hangs up. Also, like others, I have delivery issues when subs are on my route. Packages that do not fit in my oversized mailbox go back to the Mineral Bluff PO and I have to go get it. Or, like yesterday, a small package with medicine was not lest in the box and nobody seems to know where it is, although the carrier says it was dropped off @MB PO. MY regular carrier is great, but the subs and the Blue Ridge PO are terrible.

I have been here in Fannin for 42 years and the po service is the worst it has ever been since some gov'r official decided to put all deliveries under one roof.It5's a real cluster F__K. I have been calling all day from my bed where I am confined for 3 months and can not get stamps to send money to friends in need. CALL ME 706-838-6533

My son moved and lodged a forwarding request and he verified by sending me the e-form that he chose individual and not family. The PO has delivered mail to him for 2 months now and I have told them 4 times starting 6 weeks back I was not receiving my mail. So far they have misdelivered a 2500 dollar cheque, a 157 dollar cheque, a 60 dollar vest, a 269 dollar pair of boots, my car insurance policy, my social security card, my bank statements. And they tried to blame it on my son who showed me proof they were responsible for the screw up and complicating my life to hell and back. What else have I missed. They are not even delivering his mail and he has to get a box soon to avoid this BS.

I want to know why I am not entitled to have my mail delivered to my door when there is a package? I have lived here 5 years now and NEVER have they delivered my packages to my door. I have to pay someone to go get it. The resent item number is 9361289675990337680949. They can enter my drive and honk and I will come out to get it. Please help with so me solution.

I have the same problem. Called the Blue Ridge Post Master and he finally came out and said that should get out of the truck and bring the package to the front porch. But they do not. We have lived here in Morganton for a little over a year. We are serviced by the Blue Ridge PO. The person goes down our road blows the horn as they pass by and we have to go down and meet them on their way back to get any package. Or else they take it back to the PO and we have to go to Blue Ridge to get it. Not sure how to get them to do their job. Sorry, sorry service.
