Hi, We have not received mail for weeks and this is repeated incident. We are at 2045 Peachtree rd building. We have called every day and no one picks up the phone. We have come to the post office and did not get all the mail.We will file a complain at the federal level as this has affected our employees and patient care.

This post off is incredibly slow. It’s always a 30 - 45 min wait (sometimes an hour). This is ridiculous!! This needs to improve.

I have lived in the same address since 1985 and never had a problem with mail delivery until this new person in charge of my area. My zip is 30309. Date Aug 7, 2020. I confronted her as to why I was not getting any mail and was told because I don’t have a letter following my address. Ridiculous! In the meantime all my mail has been returned to sender. Went to see the supervisor but was told she was to busy to see me to discuss the problem. Left my contact number and I never received a call from her. Have not received mail in weeks.

I have rec’d certified mail in error too. Several of my neighbors on street are having the same problem. HELP!

On Monday, May, 04, 2020. Carrier was slow and rude at Tenth and Juniper highrise. She was slow and lazy looking as well as she never opened my box to put my small parcel in it. It was sent back. Important batteries for a medical device. I was standing and watching her and she never bothered to hand me or deliver to my box. I saw many envelopes and packages go back with her undelivered. Please do NOT have her deliver here again.

I live at Metropolis condominiums on Peachtree in Midtown and our postal delivery agent sucks. She is extremely rude you can tell she hates her job and she’s never consistent she barely shows up whenever the hell she wants. This type of service is uncalled for and extremely sucks

I have recently moved to midtown and just starting coming to the midtown location. I used to go to the one off Briarcliff rd. And the service was amazing! The employees were always so helpful and friendly but the midtown is the exact opposite. The lady helping me both times was so rude and just seemed so unhappy! She told me my package wasn't available but I had received notes saying it was there. Waits are always around 15 minutes. .. not happy with the service here at all.
