What is going on with the Chamblee post office on 3545 Broad St? I went there on 3/7/2024 at around 2:30pm. The lobby was opened but the service desk area’s doors were locked. There wasn’t a sign on the door to say when it would reopened. One of the postal employees was having a personal conversation with a woman. He wouldn’t acknowledge any other patron walking into the lobby trying to get service. He was being so rude and obnoxiously ignoring everyone else. There were about 6 of us waiting to get assistance. One of the other patrons was recording him. She said he was deliberately being rude. I asked him about getting a label for my box. He told me to use the kiosk. Luckily all I needed was a printed label and the kiosk was able to do that. It appeared to me that he was refusing to allow anyone “white” ask for assistance. It was very uncomfortable. He ignored their existence and then went in the back. Good grief!

I am writing to complain about the delivery personnel in chamblee Georgia post office located in 3545 Broad St, Atlanta, GA 30341. There is one perticular mailman who always left our office mail on the street unattended during our closed time or weekends that we do not open. It happened again on May 3rd 2021. Our office was closed due to doctor's meeting. The mailman left my mail in the street and wind blowed it all over the place. I do not know how many mails are missing and most of them contain my patient's private informations and insurance reimbursement check. Please call let me know what to do

This message is for the manager of the Post office of Chamblee, GA. A week and a half ago my purse was stolen at night from a venue in midtown. After searching everywhere over the next two days, my boyfriend finally got an answer on my cell phone which was in the purse. The person who answered had found my purse with my phone, credit card, and other small items. She charged my phone on her personal charger until she received this call to place the purse with it's owner. This person is your employee Arnette Moore and I am BEYOND grateful. Thank you to her, such a great person.
