I had a package delivered to my house on Sunday, April 30. The postal employee drove around a barrier to exit into my yard driving directly over the middle of our new $12,500 septic tank instead of backing up to exit. I AM FURIOUS and want to file a complaint and a claim if I have to have the septic field repaired. The tire marks are clearly vizible. I have photos.
Two thumbs up to Jesse that works at the Windemere post office. Somehow a very important package we’d sent to friends that live in Isleworth didn’t make it. Thanks to his due diligence they were able to locate it and rectify the issue. I was able to get a hold of him by phone at the Windmere post office and returned the call when they found the package.
Why have a direct phone number when no one ever ever answers?! I had a package pick up Saturday and have no updates after driver scanned it. Calling 800 line to an agent that maybe has a back door number to call you guys to find out what’s up with my package!
Really, Have you ever seen a polite or happy worker at the PO. They are lazy by nature. Don't expect anyone to help, doesn't work that way.

Update your hours!! To get on the phone with you guys is RIDICULOUS. I have lost mail I don’t even know the outcome of because I can’t hold longer then 2 hours!!! Get it together.
Our home is in Windermere, 9548 Crown Prince Lane, and we also have a home in Franklin, NC. When we are up here we go through the process of forwarding and stopping forwarding with both post offices. Due to fires and smoke in Franklin, we are coming home early but have already established the stop forwarding with the Windermere post office. To make matters more difficult I sent packages to home address not realizing that they would be there before us, and one is to be there today.
In a panic, not wanting the packages forwarded back to Franklin, I called the Windermere branch and spoke to a gentleman about the situation. He was so very nice and oolite and made me feel lik he understood my concern. Although the stop forwarding is set for the 9th, he suggested he stop it as of today and that they would hold the mail and the packages for our pick-up.
It is so rare to deal with people over the phone with a problem and get positive results in such a polite and friendly manner.
Kudos to the staff and especially that man (whose name I do not know) at the Windermere Post Office. Thank you.
