I am trying to get a hold of someone to help me with a delivery that was never received.by the address where it was sent. When I check on the tracking #, it says it is being held, at the customers request. They never requested anything like that. Where is their package? I am trying to call via the phone number listed here, 561-686-9402, and it rings several times and then goes to a busy signal. Please help. Thank you.
Worst post officer ever. Customer service is horrible, especially this one clerk who kept running back and forth from behind the counter to the counter with the cards by the front door. She doesn't know how to speak to customers; her attitude and tone are displeasing. She needs to take time off if she has personal problems. She is very rude. I will never revisit this location. Too bad I didn't get her name, she has short hair, African American, fair complexion, an older lady about 5" 5" or 5" 4". The clerks are so slow, every time I visit this location, the line is extremely long. I'm so sick of this post office. I have been to other locations such as Riviera Beach and congress avenue, they are friendly, always provide excellent services, and they know how to be flexible and keep the line going. There's always someone walking around trying to assist in keeping the crowd in control.
I’m not getting packages that fit in my mailbox. There’s no reason a delivery attempt should be missed or incomplete when the postman doesn’t even have to knock on my door to deliver. I get emails from amazon after the post office is closed stating a delivery was just attempted, but didn’t see a soul attempt a thing. I stay home waiting for my packages and nothing ever comes. I have never received 4 packages.
It is impossible to get in touch with anyone and follow-ups to my complaints have been complete cop outs. “We’re sorry this happened, sucks for you, try to get a refund, thanks for telling us...not that we plan to do anything but it’s nice to know.” How is this acceptable?
Try to receive a package that fit in the mailbox these days with scarecrow outhere... 🤬

We were waiting on my daughter's wedding dress to be delivered the week of June 3rd. It was like pulling teeth to have the girl put the dress in the mail. My mom waited at the house for delivery daily. The mailman NEVER delivered the dress or put a green slip in mailbox to have it picked up at the post office. Instead the box/dress was returned to the sender which causes a refund and possibly loss of her wedding dress!!! I've tried to call this Haverhill post office five times this morning 6/10/19. I was disconnected and/or the line went from ringing to busy. I am extremely disappointed in the USPS again!!!
I am having a horrible time getting through to someone at the Haverhill post office. My mother Blanche Rotman and I own 342 Wellington H at Century Village. I cannot find a key to the mailbox. Where can I purchase a mailbox key before the closing of the condo which is this Friday. Please help as soon as possible
I’m very disappointed at the US postal service in WPB area. In summit Blvd which is one of the main centers there was only one worker tending to to smile long line while there was over five workers doing absolutely nothing on the postal side because there were no customers waiting on line. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF TAX MONEY. Where are their supervisors that are not doing their job??? I’m appalled and was told to go to another place or make an appointment as half of those people weren’t going to be seen today! When I tried to call the other P.O. to make appointment and was unable to because nobody picked up the phone. Totally ridiculous!
Nokomis, FL on 1/13/16. As of 1/19/16 I have not received delivery of this Priority Mail pack. It was sorted and placed out for delivery on 1/16/17 at 9:07 am - so where is it? None answers the phone and I cannot get to the Post Office to inquire personally without being directed to the tracking machine. I am wondering what is going on with my delivery?
I have been trying to contact this post office to schedule an appointment for a passport for 5 days, calling at least 10 times a day and the phone just rings and rings then I get disconnected. What is the trick to getting someone to answer the phone?????
I would like to complaint regarding the attitude of MABLE this morning, very rude attitude and discriminatory comment: She think immigrant here doesn't know how to write English, i was offended and embarrassed with so many people lining up behind me' she told me to Write the paper in English... What shes thinking of me, uneducated ASIAN. We have more educated number of people compare to your color MABLE. you need more training for customer services. We pay our shipping cash... unlike in your color goes to hospital with no insurance. even obamacare doesn't know how to fill the form, majority of your color comes to department store, hospital or restaurant. smell like a rotten rat. but we never discriminate this people because we treat them with respect and human being.; i hope the manager of post office in Haverhill and Roebuck will pay attention of this. MABLE you need to look yourself on the mirror before you have to make a comment.
