I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding the recent failure of a piece of federal mail delivery. The package was properly addressed and dispatched, still it has not been delivered. This is not just an inconvenience; it raises serious concerns about the accountability of the postmaster and his/her delivery service. In an age where timely and reliable communication is paramount, it is unacceptable for packages to go missing without any explanation. I will leave no stones unturned and will expect a thorough investigation into this matter and a clear response regarding how this issue will be addressed. Accountability is essential, and I urge everyone who has experienced this to lets come together and let change happen, only then will they take this matter seriously.

We have not had mail delivery for 3 days due to the storm. Tomorrow, October 12th I would like to please pick up all of our mail for: James & Laurie Manhardt 300 Marbrisa Drive Vero Beach, FL 32963-4259

I live on 20th Pl., Southwest in Vero Beach. I have a ring camera that records all cars that go up and down my street. There are several days during the month that our mail is not delivered. If our mail carrier is out of work for a day does our mail just sit at the post office until he comes back? Most of the time the days that are missed our Saturdays however, today August 9, 2024. No mail was delivered.

On 8/5/24 the mail carrier that was in Lexington place turned around on our front lawn , this is not acceptable at all . !!! Also the carriers are driving way to fast .

Tried calling the post office several times an it just rings an no one ever picks the dam phone up ??? Why does everybody all think it's not my job or what ??

I am so tired of my mail getting lost. The person they sent 1/23/2023 was not paying attention. If they could just find someone that could understand our mail system and parcel boxes. I waited weeks for a package for my birthday. I am disabled and have no car. It was not delivered although I got a message it was delivered while I was sitting there waiting for it. No package. Sad. Angry.

I have NEVER seen a more inept post office than this one. They are horrible. I have had phone numbers for them, and the latest one I had, just used it a month ago, is now disconnected. I was to receive a package and was charged for it which was sent via the UPS service that uses USPS for delivery. The PO said it was delivered to my mailbox, but I never received it. It was either delivered to the wrong address or they stole it! This was not the first time something like this has happened. I don't even mail birthday cards from my home mail box anymore, I go to the PO near 82nd Ave and mail important stuff priority mail in person.

I agree that no one answers the phone, and I am in dire need of talking to someone since I've no mail (being forwarded from NJ) for two weeks!! Is there anyone who can help???

I cannot get a live person. They never answer their phone. I am referring to the post office 1551 Us Highway 1. I cannot get anyone to address my problem. If I am patient and wait, in the past I was told I waited too long.

Our mail service at Indian River Apartments has been sorely lacking since you took our mail carrier John Fogel of (10 yrs) off our route! There are over 300 residents who live here. They are not receiving there mail or packages properly. Mail is being delivered from residents who have not lived here for years or are deceased. This afternoon, the mail carrier left 5 to 6 mail boxes wide open and unlocked. Disappointed does not begin to describe how we are feeling here at our Community.

Totally ignores complaints. Mail carrier REFUSES to deliver our packages, puts in exceptions such as unable to deliver/ customer request to pick up at post office!? This has got to stop! Single family home- small neighborhood- covered porch. She just won’t leave OUR packages and this has been going on for almost 2 years! Multiple complaints and nothing changes. This should not be allowed to continue.

We keep getting other people’s mail that we have to deliver , and our mail keeps going to the wrong address , we have strangers having to deliver mail to us. Very annoying ! How do we know we are even getting all of our mail??

My niece lives in Vero Beach Florida and I keep sending her mail and it keeps getting returned, this is the second time I have sent her son a birthday card and it has been returned? Her Dad just told me his grandson's birthday card has been sent back 3 times since mid April? I'm a retired postmaster, what's going on? She's lived here for well over a year?? I'm going to send it to you.. could you please take it to the carrier of 530 46th Court and explain that Skyler Shaw does live in this house!! His Mom is Jennifer Grandy.

They are terrible at getting your mail in a PO Box that you are paying for. Today they tell me they have a cut off at 10:30 am. and this is not true, the other day I went at 1p.m. and no mail. My assistant went in at 2pm and there was no mail in the box. He went to the counter and low and behold there was 7 pieces of mail! We depend on this box to get mail from our customers. If you are short handed hire part timers.
