Postal Locations

We have moved a number of times and always found post offices answering their phone calls until we moved to Sun City Center, Fl. This is by far the WORST post office we have EVER encountered as far as answering the phone. After several days and many attempts each day (ending with a busy signal) we give up. Don’t bother trying to call as they won’t answer-period!!! Disgusting!

I have been trying to reach the usps for about 7 months via email phone text and I can not get ahold of a local post master . My mail carrier seems to think she is the owner of my property . She walks over my plants and few times she has tripped over them , never uses sidewalk and when confronted to let her know . She seems to have problems keeping her balance and for her safety , the sidewalk is probably the safest for her . , she ignores me and keeps walking away as if I was not even there ., mumbling that she has done this route for over 25 years and no one ever complains about her walking on lawn. Who is in charge of these mail carriers ? are they self managed ? my mail is stuffed with garbage mail , even tho I have a box right next to my mail box with a sticker large enough to be read feet's away for magazine and other large items but she ignores the box and compains my mail box is too small. I am getting well fed up and yet no email has been replies to . I am trying my best to avoid any confrontations but sometimes thats what needs to happen to get some kind of attention from the Usps. phone number for local post office is ignored 100% of the times I've called .

Answer the phone!!! 813.634.1403. My mailbox was full so they decided that I had moved and took all my mail back to the post office and left me a card in my mailbox for my new address. I live directly across the street from that community mailbox all they had to do was walk across the street I was home on that day but they didn't... now I can't even get a hold of them in that office- they don't answer the phone!?

Worst mail service. Now get my mail at 6 pm if lucky. Explain why we are at end of routes. Mail in other area late morning early afternoon

I have always had a great experience at the Sun City Post Office. The staff is always friendly and helpful. July 21, 21. I went in to get a new lock because my husband and I had lost our keys. The agent was so helpful and we joked about my husband losing everything. But of course, I lost mine too ! He took care of my needs and then referred me to the manager to check on a change of address and I had put in for an extended trip to CA. I left totally happy and felt all my needs had been addressed. left totally happy and felt all my needs had been addressed. A little later I realized I didn't have my wallet, the only place I used it was at the Post Office. I rushed back about an hour later. I asked and the agent who initially helped my said "who's forgetful" .... we all laughed! They went to get it and they had packaged it to be delivered to my mailbox Priority Mail, it would have been there the next day and the wonderful Mailwoman - Patti - would have given me the package. Kudos for all the staff for going above and beyond ! I am just so grateful and impressed !!!! Many thanks, Judy K.

I called local phone number for Sun City Center Post Office at 813-634-1403 and received excellent service from Kristy. I was inquiring about a piece of mail that was being returned to sender as of 6:55pm on 6/9/21. After giving her all the info she needed, the certified piece of mail was still at post office at 1:00pm on 6/10/21. She was very courteous and polite and checked while I was holding on the phone. It was only about 30 seconds after her search began that she found the piece of mail I was inquiring about. I am very grateful for her time and effort. This had a happy ending!

I live in Sun City Center. My mail comes to pedestal # 658 on Acadia Greens Drive. Tpoday the deliverer left the whole right side of the panel unlocked. Everyone's mail was exposed.

I'm so sick of being hung up on trying to call the Sun City post office. I'm beyond sick of your driver speeding through the middle of my front yard blaring her horn. She's too lazy to get off her ass to set packages on the porch and she wakes up my baby at least once a week.

The key that was placed in my mailbox to obtain the package in bin #1 would not open the bin and then I could not remove the key. So, I could not get the package,! These bins are problematic and I have had problems like this previously. Please have this problem corrected and please deliver my package!

I have tried and tried to call the Sun City Center post office without success. I have a package that when tracked says it is delivered. It was never delivered. And we have had issues with our carrier before,putting mail in the wrong boxes. Please help!!!

Here we got again. The sun has set and no mail on Platinum Drive. Please, what can we do to get this situation corrected?

Where is my mail? It is 7 PM and still no mail. It is not a holiday. Our mail is ALWAYS late. Just about the time everyone on Misty Greens gets totally disgusted we get mail at 3 PM for a day or two and then back to late and very late. Today's (or should I say tonight's) is ridiculous. Yes there were contractor trucks on our street today, but the street was NOT blocked to traffic!

Put in an envelope for mailing to a specific doctor at a health care provider. The envelope (in line order) listed the Health Care Facility, the Doctors full name, the street address and the city, state and zip code. Because the Suite number was on the envelope, it was returned to me 7 days later. The Authorization Request is being mailed again today with Suite number 8 days later

what do I need to do to renew my Post Office Rental Box at the Sun City Center, FL, Post office?? Thank you. Our current box number is 5173 and we want to renew the rental box for next year. We normally come down to Lake Wimauma Campground on Highway 674 for the winter (January 1-March 31) and are known as Snowbirds.

its tuesday night, the day after a holiday and its 6:45 and still no mail I'm all over Sun City in the day light and see mail delivery at 9 am. we have people on our street that are older then 80 and you want them going to a street PO box at 7 at night, what is going on, we are always the last to get mail? and this is the second time I have left a note. what phone number is the next level up,I'm letting this go last time I wrote we got mail early afternoon for awhile then back to being last. Pathetic Postal Center. Very important to talk to Postmaster about relocating into the area. Special circumstance regarding new construction and new address. FOUR (4) TIMES between 1pm and 1:30pm by telephone over 30 rings no answer. Tells me all I need to know about the POSTMASTER AND THE STAFF. THANKS FOR THE GOOD OLE GOVERNMENT AGENCY CRAPPY SERVICE!

Sun City Center post office does not answer the phone. After putting a hold mail, my accumulated mail was not delivered when requested.

mr. Jacobs, a postal employee for sun city. mc call blvd. is being a brat and not giving me my mail. . he always does this and is saying that he is not going to allow me to have amazon and he is sexually assaulting me, he was fired from perris mental health as mr. rose and should not be working. he is saying that my harry potter. my magick, my Pandora and my army stuff, and my ebson salt is for the postal service to party. please fire him. grey haired. damon Jacob Johnson.

the postal driver is violating many traffic laws in riverside golf and marina. she is speeding down the street, running stop signs, and will hit somebody walking or riding a bike. being close to the holiday season we will have added visitors to the community and its getting darker earlier this is a safety issue. please insist and explain to her she needs to SLOW DOWN AND OBSERVE ALL TRAFFIC LAWS. this is my 2nd time addressing her driving habits and maybe she needs to walk her stops instead of driving. will hope this gets priority attention .

Today (July 28, 2017) I noticed when getting my mail that the doors of the lockbox type mailbox were not secured. Anyone could get to anyone's mail. I tried unsuccessfully to call the SCC Post Office. No one would answer the phone. The mailbox is in La Paloma subdivision, right on Gaviota Dr.

We live in St. Andrews addition. Our regular mailman is great. He does everything a good mailman should. However, we had a temp. today 6/5/2017. It was raining and this Post Person left the packages outside. There is a small porch that is covered and screened right in front of where the packages were left. The door is never locked. Packages are always left there, if we are not at home. I was home and our packages were left in the rain.

I want to commend the Blond Hair Lady Carrier in Mira Lago. this lady is extremely helpful and very nice , the guy you have delivering couldn't find his ass with both hands , he loses my medicine and for a period of time I think he is tossing peoples mail away. He Is friends with a person in Mira Largo and she runs a web site. She is trying to get this lady fired before she can retire. If that Happens I will step in and notify all of my post Office contact and stand up for the Lady. I am a Retired United States Marshal This big mouth name is Para AND is having her flunkies send bad reviews about her,

We have a package mail box that is not functional due to a key broken off in the lock. The mail box is on Lyndhurst Greens Drive in Kings Point Sun City Center. Our mailman has just stopped using this box. Why doesn't someone repair this box, so the mailman has two boxes available for packages? This box lock has been damaged for at least 2 months.

Why did two letters mailed at the SCC post office together not get delivered at the same time. What is going on. Both to the same SCC address.

Very Bad service. I had an item delivered for me , to Sun city post office on August 5, 2016. but it had been sitting there since. On August 11, i went there and checked with the supervisor there , his name is Roman Rodriguez . He could not find the item and stated the item was "most likely returened to sender" even though there was no documentation that it was returned. He subsequently asked me to wait for 30 days than file a claim. Today August 20 i went to Apollo beach Post office where i came at first to see my item was there or not on August 11. At the time the laday told me that ithe item was at Suncity office. Today i asked her again to see if the item is here. She went inside and found it and stated it has been here fir more than a week but i have not received any notice from them. The item consisted of 3 tropicL PLANTS I BOUGHT on line from Thailand and because of being left in the post office for almost 3 weeks without sun light and water they are all dead. They cost me 150 dollars .

This is the friendliest and most helpful post office I have ever been to and that is saying a lot because I am a senior and have been to post offices many locations in the US!

Great service by the personnel at Sun City Center P.O. We appreciate your efforts. One person having a bad day does not represent how truly dedicated these folks are.

Buddy at the sun city location was extremely unhelpful. Asked about a package pickup and he said postal worker could not be contacted to have them pick up the package. He then told me I could drop it off. Obviously if I was going to drop off I wouldn't be contacting for package pick up.

I called this office 1/23/14 at 1045am to ask about a package that I was expecting. The guy that answered the phone was extremely rude and after telling me, "look, if your package is here now, it'll be delivered." Then I said as long as your sure it will be out today, he tells me you nailed it, I couldn't have said it better myself, even though I'm pretty sure I just said it. Wtf!? I understand you work at the post office, clearly you've made mistakes in your life, that's why your stuck there. But it's not society's fault that you were a drop out that didn't amount to anything and now you work for a business that is soon to be extinct. Worst customer service ever. Have fun going nowhere in life.
