Very inefficient rude employees at Starke, FL post office. Russ (postmaster) only knows “we have a substitute driver today”. Why put the parcel on the delivery vehicle AND fill out the pick up slip before beginning delivery KNOWING the attempt to deliver will not be made? Then I can’t pick up the package BECAUSE ITS ON THE DELIVERY VEHICLE TILL THE END OF THE DAY. Then the next morning it’s put back on the vehicle again. This is beyond Russ’s comprehension. “There was a substitute today”. Very very idiotic. Russ said plants can live in sealed boxes without light & water “for 30 days”. It’s beyond hope for USPS in Starke, FL.

Why is it that Starke Post Office remained closed when the others in areas North, South and East of us opened per the US Website. It must be nice to take a long weekend since Monday is a holiday. Others in your area were dedicated to their patrons. Wish I could have been served by one of those facilities.

To give people like you something to fuss about. There’s nothing that important at the post office you can’t buy online or your local Walmart, even stamps. Let our hometown employees spend time with their families on holidays, one of the joys of living in a small rural town.

Very poor service from out route carrier, she will not deliver any latter or package the requires her to get off her seat to deliver and instead leaves a slip in the box. We are elderly handicapped and this trip to the post office is difficult and costly because we dont drive. also we had time sensitive document mail to us and express mail and the carrier never attempted to deliver the documents and did not leave any notice there was any documents at all. Finally we located the documents at the post office with the tracking number.. Our neighbors and we ave had several problem with this carrier and have complained but the Postmaster in our town of Stake Florida seems to be as incompetent as the carriers
