Went to midtown post office this morning for help regarding a misdirected package and got nothing but a rude window Agent. This person is in dire need of some people skills because he has none. Missent or misdirected mail is a constant problem and since I can't get any help from the midtown office I will elevate the issue to higher authorities.
I am waiting for mail. It is from my father in law but he put the wrong zip code. He put in 33704 and we are 33705 27 th st s st pete. I have call this post office and no one picks up. Will some one please [number removed] so I can get my questions answered. I have been waiting 3 weeks for this mail. Thankyou. Jennifer. The senders address is 14200 west village pkwy Litchfield Park AZ 85340. It is adress to joe marin 535 27th st s st pete. That is my husband. Please call us.
Very frustrated member of this post office , I’ve been a member with them for over 10 years. I received an email from Amazon stating that my package was delivered by their driver on Sunday June 7th to the postal office in St Petersburg Fl 33705. I went to the postal office to check my PO Box when I return from my business trip on Tuesday June 9th, 2020, there was no package in the PO Box. I then went to have the clerk who was working that day to check in the back to see if my package was there in the back and she came back and told me she couldn’t locate my package. I then showed her the email from Amazon stating my package was delivered. The clerk confirmed the email and took my name and number and told me that she would have the supervisor get in contact with me the same day. I waited for a call from the supervisor but no one called that day, so I called to speak with the supervisor the next day and then she check but could not locate a package for me and told me the package was delivered but it wasn’t delivered to my PO Box . So now the package was put into someone else’s PO Box and now I have to file a claim and do all this extra stuff and still no package. I’m so upset with the way the supervisor handled the whole situation and then she made me feel like it was my fault and I’m not the one who messed up. I’m the loyal customer who’s without her package.

Incredible staff here! I live in Bayway Isles but drive here to send off certified and registered mails because this is a very knowledgeable and efficient staff. They remember my special stamps needs and they’re very personable!
My faith in the Post Office has been restored. The postal person, Edwin, was fantastic in tracking down a package that should have been delivered a week go. Come to find out I erred in the house number the package was going to. Edwin tracked down the package, and is having it delivered today. Thank you Edwin and the other conscience postal workers.
Premium Forward Rip Off! : I have paid for premium forwarding only to have my mail lost, misdirected or not forwarded at all. I have had my checks lost and received mail for many other residents of my community. I have made special trips to the Post Office to explain, document and attempt to protect my interest I have in timely receipt of my mail. I have received apologies for the countless times erroneous deliveries have occurred. But no change has been affected.
