Really Great Service! NOT !!! 3/4ths of the mail I get, is for the neighbor, and this is happening more frequently, 2-3 times a week. I deliver it to the neighbor, doing the Post-Mans JOB ! Where is my paycheck? Maybe the postman figures just delivering every other house is sufficient..............and the average Joe wants $15.00 an hour, and I'm sure, the POST OFFICE Being Federal........makes more than that...........Just delivers Poor Service !

The phone number they have is just an accessory. Nobody ever picks up... anyone is more than welcome to attempt to call them ... they will not pick up. Forcing you to have to show up In person no matter what your issue is. The fact that they have this level of customer service and are allowed to stay operational is a joke.

I am tired of not getting my packages delivered when the tracking number says it was delivered or it will say attempted delivery but no access to front door when I'm home and my gate is wide open. If you call the post office, no one answers the phone, so you have to take time out of work to go by the post office and try and find out what the hell has happened to my packages. They need to fire everyone there. Thanks again for the shitty service Quincy Post Office

I am tired of some days not even getting my mail delivered when it shows on the site that I have mail that is supposed to be delivered. You can call the post office and you can’t get anyone to answer the phone. You would think that as much as they get paid they could do their job. If it was a private sector they would probably be fired.

My email states when my deliveries has arrived. This is my third time missing my mail. The person who place mail or the key when large items are received needs to pay attention more we all get the wrong mail on Oak Grove in Quincy Florida. Now my freaky orders are missing.

Really tired of carriers not even attempting to deliver my packages. When I go to track a package they will say they attempted a delivery and left a notice. Carrier did not even pull into my yard. I know this because I was at home, no notice left in mail box either. I really wish Amazon wouldn't even use the post office. The tracking says no secure location available. Why do you need a secure location when my whole family is at home.

Well my package said out for delivery on 3/18/2021, I just happened to be off work and at home. The mail carrier put my mail in box but didn't leave my package. Then I get an email that say's: We attempted to deliver your package at on March 18, 2021 in QUINCY, FL 32351 but could not access the delivery location. We will redeliver on the next business day. (But she could locate my location for the mail that would fit in my mail box) That's bull crap!! did she not won't to get out of her car and put on porch because it was to big to go in mail box. Like I said I just happened to be home that day. And good luck on getting the post office to answer the phone!

Hello: I want to recognize your postal worker, Glen, who went above and beyond to make sure my package got delivered today. It could not be delivered last week due to the COVID 19 restrictions. Today, he took the time to track it, investigate its location, called me back, and even delivered the packet himself before offices closed before noon. THANK YOU, Glen! You Rock!

I requested to hold all mail because I am out of town. Yesterday I got a notice that I had packages left on my front porch. I called around and found someone to go to my house. Not only did they leave packages, they left my regular mail. What's the point in stopping my mail in you guys continue to make deliveries. This has never happened before and I am very disappointed !
