I started calling the Palmetto, Fl post office at the time that is posted but after HOURS of calling finally got Marlon, postmaster & he said he usually took calls after 10am.

I have been trying since 7/12/23 2get my mail forwarded from my Palmetto, Fl address to my Louisville, KY address. I did it online. I've been n2 the Palmetto post office but it did not get done. I've been n2 my Louisville, Ky post office 1 time. I've spoken with the Palmetto, Fl postmaster, Marlon 2weeks ago & I AM STILL NOT GETTING MY MAIL OR A PACKAGE THAT THEY DELIVERED INCORRECTLY. I also spoke with a lady by the name of Lee at the Palmetto post office. She said she'd check & call me back that day. No call as of 5 days later!!!! You all do a thankless job. I'm thanking you now. A few mistakes within thousands of transactions a day. Only government agency that actually work. Appreciate what you do.

You have 13k people in Palmetto Fl and you can't get an address right 612 48th street ct W Palmetto,Fl does indeed exit! I've tried to have deliveries and you look stupid saying it doesn't exit!!! Do your job!!!

I just have a question my son is out at the port an some of the mail sent to him had no return address we understand it was sent to palmetto post office as dead mail how long do you keep it an can I pick it up for him whats the policy on Deadmail thank you

No one answers at this phone number!!!!!!

You can call and call but no one ever answers the phone. The published number is the same as the actual person at the PO Window gave me was the same = 941-721-0306 but it is a false number. You can try and try and it is never answered. The tracking on a package stated it wad delivered but I never, never received it and cannot talk to anyone. I told Walmart not to use USPS because you cannot depend on them.

They've always been the best however, recently cannot get through by phone to speak with anyone.....I need to contact the Postmaster. I can take a ride over but I'm in rural north Palmetto and I had hoped to make sure they were there first. No answer by phone.

Hello, we were forced to return to Canada before the due date due to the virus. Before leaving we filled out the post sign to indicate that we would transfer our post to my address in Canada. I don't understand mpas but there is a package that was put back in our locker in Palmetto, Florida. Would you be able to return this package and everything in my locker to my address in Canada. Called six times on New Year's Eve and not once was the phone answered.

My address is in Tropic Isle just off 10th and I can’t get a package delivered to my place if my life depended on it. I have even indicated that the address is in Tropic Isle..Do you only deliver to tne first couple streets off 10th and won’t go any further into the Park? Sooo disappointed. I’ve had two things I’ve ordered returned to the sender because you couldn’t find an address that has been there for more than 40 yrs. What’s up with that !🙄

I'm constantly having problems with this post office scanning my priority packages! When I call to speak to someone whom works there, its an animated machine that gives out options. But no option of speaking to an actual human being! My mailman picked up the my packages yesterday which he did not scan right away, but didn't get scanned until the next morning! And one of my packages still hasn't been scanned and it's almost 2 in the afternoon!!! You all need to do your job and scan PRIORITY mail! I'm running a business and by you not scanning my packages you are making me look bad!!! My next step is to show up at the post office and speak to management because this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

They leave keys that don’t work I’ve been trying to get my mail for days now and it is locked in a package box at my mailbox area and the key they left won’t work the locks need WD40 or something. The key almost broke in half I wrote a note and left the key. Still 4 days later no word from anyone. It’s ridiculous no one holds them accountable

Where is my package? Says it was delivered but it's not here. No surprise the last 4 packages where delivered to the wrong house Come on Newman get it right. Very sad. Will be sure to use ups or fed ex in the future.

This week I received mail for three different addresses. Today I tracked a package that says it was delivered to my house today and it was not. I have no idea where it is. This has been a continuous problem.

Any time I had needed to go to the Palmetto branch, the staff has been courteous, right on point, and very efficient. Always had a very positive experience in either shipping, receiving, or purchasing with any and all staff members. Kudos!

I don’t get the grocery flyers every week. Why?

So it looks like this is a really bad post office. Now I understand why 7 of my mail pieces were returned. Also, why is there a busy signal when someone calls the number?

I have been trying to call this office for 3 days now. I have called at various times during the day and the phone just rings off the hook. Then at times I would get a busy signal. Now I have to make a special trip there to find out what is going on with my mail. This is by far the worst experience I have had with the postal service. I called Lakewood Ranch by accident and they answered on the first ring and were very polite.

9/16/2016 Tried calling this place 6 times between 11am and 12 pm phone just kept on ringing no answer.Then tried again at 12:15 pm busy signal. Tried again twice 12:20 - 12:30 no answer. WTF!!

went in and reported a lost package and was given a delivery supervisor who was very rude and inconsiderate. The package was reported that is was dropped off on Saturday February 27, 2016. We never received any mail, so I stopped in on Monday to report it lost or stolen or whatever the procedure is, upon my complaint I simply stated that I had 4 of my neighbors that simply reported that the mail truck didn't even stop by here on Saturday and I thought that was important to state, since like I mentioned 4 of my neighbors reported the same thing and I was just going to double check my security cameras just to be sure......(this is where I was interrupted before I could finish my sentence) so then the supervisor began to be well this one guy tried to nail my delivery driver for his job he lived her in Rivera dunes blah blah blah telling me all the scuttle butt, but in the same token trying to put my in my place and and didn't want to hear any more of this and this delivery driver didn't take your package... At this point I had about enough of her mouth and I stopped her and told her look your situation in Rivera dunes is irrelevant, if you would have let me finish what i was saying before I was interrupted by you, I was going to state that I will just double check my security cameras to be sure that it might have came on another mail car which does happen from time to time or if someone did take it out of my mail box I can be sure to help in the investigation. I was not at anytime trying to say that the delivery driver was trying to take my stuff, for god sake I ordered leggings, bras, and underwear, I would hope my MALE mail man wouldn't take those things, he would have no use for any of those items. My main concerns was, could it have been delivered somewhere else? if so can we retrieve it? human error? something? NO, of course we have to listen to her run her mouth and make an asshole out of herself... and talk about irrelevant things that do not pertain to me or my case and jump to conclusion because apparently we have to make this process as dramatic as possible!

Mail has been dragging on for a couple of months know.Had a package that was supposed to be on the truck for delivery by end of day and we close at 4pm waited up until 3:55pm and closed now tracking said business closed. What happened with delivering mail at 11-12pm?Why is mail running behind in Palmetto?Sometimes we don't get mail for two days.Need my package!
